It feels like I’ve discovered a hidden gem. Since it’s a chain restaurant, I didn’t have high expectations, but everything I ate that day exceeded them. I couldn’t take proper pictures, so I’m attaching photos from the website. The egg rolls had a taste I’d never experienced before, and both kids and adults loved them. The combination of wings and fried rice was new but great. Their fried rice was better than what you’d find at most Chinese restaurants. I also got the impression that they’re really good at making fried dishes. The atmosphere around the restaurant was very nice, too—safe and clean.

This place is great for visiting with friends. The chicken and onion rings were incredibly fresh and delicious. The kids had fried rice and sweet potato fries, which they absolutely loved. I’ll definitely be coming back often. The food was excellent, and the outdoor seating made it feel like we were on a picnic, adding to the overall experience.

The servers at the WNB Factory were really friendly. My kids are not big eaters, but they thoroughly enjoyed the wings, fries, and cheesesteak eggroll. The location and the atmosphere of the restaurant was really nice. I recommend visiting this nice place to have a nice meal out with your family. Their sweet and spicy sauce went really well with the wings.

One of the best burger spot in Louisville! The ingredients are fresh and not too greasy but big enough to make me full ☺️ The wings are also nice and they have variety of sauces. If you order burger, you must order fries and onion rings because they are really crispy and savory Their soda machine is amazing that they have all kinds of drinks. Since fall is here already, it will be a perfect choice to have a seat on their outdoor area with amazing wings and burgers.

I had placed an order online for pickup, and it was ready extremely fast. The worker was nice and the restaurant was very clean. The Hawaiian burger was very good, but the onion rings were not good at all. They were minced onion rings and needed to be fried longer and were bland. The variety of the menu was vast, so I will probably be back to try another side item.

Their wings were the best! We tried the Lemon Pepper, Hot, and Thai Chili. The flavor was exceptional, and the wing meat was tender, juicy perfection. I’m not a fan of the fries, but I am looking forward to going back and trying the hamburger.

It was an incredible experience! The burgers were absolutely, unbelievably delicious. The mushroom burger and the Hawaiian burger are hands down my all-time favorites. They’re bursting with juicy flavors, and the veggies are so fresh! Oh, and don’t forget to try the fried rice—it’s a must!
