So I had 5 stars when they first opened. But my last two encounters were enough to plummet the score. This happened b4 and i said I’d never go back but I forgot. Apparently you can NOT order online without leaving a tip. It doesn’t say those words, but it never let’s you proceed and pay and when it did finally work I got my receipt back with an almost 4 dollar tip for a 17 dollar meal. When tipping you’re saying thank you for a service provided. I was not provided a service I ordered food and picked up in drive thru, like u would do at McDonald’s. I did NOT leave a tip therefore taking a tip that I did NOT authorize, is stealing. Again, this happened before and just like this time there was no one to contact, no one answered the phone, and it’s deceitful. Beware, if you order food online. The website automatically tips on your behalf. NOT COOL. I won’t be coming back not even inside to sit. Nor will anyone else I know after I tell them this.

Wings were good, service was not so good. The young lady working the front on Sunday evening was pretty short with customers, seemingly rushing people as well. Also it took 20 minutes for our order to be done. I’d definitely return for the wings, not so much for the atmosphere and service.

The buffalo chicken sandwich is DELICIOUS! I’ve had it twice and each time it was good. I might wait another couple of weeks before I get another one because I don’t wanna get tired of it… . This is one of those foods that I have to do in moderation because I want the WOW factor to be there the next time I eat it.

Great location and nice clean restaurant. I had a burger and it was very good and the fries were nice and crispy. The service was friendly and, although not the quickest, it was in plenty of time. Next time I’m trying the wings!

For the price, nearly $12 for a 6 piece combo and wings smaller than my hand is an absolute rip off. Fries were soggy, I had to air fry them. Sweet people working behind the counter but they move slow; I waited 20 minutes and the price compared to the quality of food is absolutely ridiculous

We decided to stop in and pick up some wings after the Auburn game. This WNB Factory has not been open long. It is in the Publix shopping center. It is clean and has lots of TVs spread around the restaurant. It’s very plain but lots of seats for a restaurant of this type. You place your order at the counter, and I will say the person working the register was nice and very helpful. We got the 16 bones in wings with an order of fries. The sauce we chose was hot honey. It did not take long to prepare. The wings were cooked nicely and tasted very good. The fries were good but not great. We will be back to give it another try.

Bathrooms need cleaning they are slippery bad. Need lemon juice or fruit of some sort for people who can not eat salad dressings because of allergies. Need some grilled chicken fingers for allergies also. Kid meals should include drinks and a choice of a side. Plus drinks should come with all combos and plates. I spent $70 last time and this time about $80. But the worker could not understand me and then I could not understand him.

Easy to order on their website and order was ready quickly. Staff made sure to go over order before with me for accuracy. However food was just OK. Traditional wings were good but boneless and grilled chicken sandwich were meh. You can use the drive up window but it’s only for pickup orders.
