This was our first time eating here. We placed our order online and sent our oldest to pick up. He brought the food back and noticed that our “cheese” fries were just fries with a sprinkle of melted shredded cheese. When you look at the menu, it describes them as fries with cheese poured over them, similar to nacho cheese. Even a quick google search of WNB Factory cheese fries shows a picture of liquid cheese over the fries. I called the restaurant and spoke with a child who said other locations serve them with liquid cheese but their location uses shredded cheese. When I asked why it doesn’t state that on their menu online, he said that they use a universal menu. So what is on the menu when placing your order online, isn’t the same as what their location serves. Even though when you place the order, you have to choose the location in order to view what that location serves. When I told him that our fries had a pinch of cheese on them, he said that couldn’t be right because they cover them in cheese. I offered to provide with him with a picture but he wasn’t interested. It wasn’t worth arguing with a child but keep in mind, the $2 up charge is for a pinch of shredded cheese.

Not speaking for all WnB locations, but this one needs some serious help. I understand it’s new, but the need for training is obvious.

The place was not packed busy, the phone was constantly ringing and the staff ignored the phone orders because they could not keep up with what little they had waiting in the store. Cooks were constantly looking through the window or stepping out to see how busy things were, or to slowly walk to the drink machine to refill their cups, then slowly walk back. It was also painfully obvious the cooks could not make more than 1 order at a time. Other staff would let made orders sit in the window for several minutes before calling out the numbers for pickup. We waited 45 minutes after placing our order before we got ours.

I ordered the chicken sandwich and the wife first asked for the Korean bbq using turkey burger. The manager said they can’t make her order because the cooks will get confused, so she stuck with beef not wanting to cause any issues. We don’t know if other WnBs can make custom burgers to order like that, but it shouldn’t have been too hard in my opinion.

The chicken sandwich was advertised as crispy fried but really wasn’t any better than what one would get in a gas station (see image). The Korean bbq burger was just a burger with sauteed onion and mushrooms. There was no dressing on the burger at all (no bbq – aka bulgogi), no catsup, mustard, mayo, or anything. Our apologies for the poor burger pictures. We were hungry, and I forgot to take pictures first.

The best part of our order was the tader-tots. They gave us a huge order for a large size. We can’t imagine what a box size would be (see image).

We’re always willing to give a local business a 2nd or 3rd chance, but it’s going to be a while before we come back. Hopefully the management and staff will be better trained and motivated next time.

The wings.. amazing.. the burgers.. to die for and the fried rice.. better than any Chinese restaurant around. We ordered through instacart and it was ordered and delivered in 30 mins!! Outstanding!! I call in my order most times. The food is usually ready when I arrive. The customer service is top notch, besides the food customer service is the main reason I visit this location more than any other restaurant in Bethlehem. The food is amazing, I love their wings, the Burgers are the best in town and the Phillies hit the spot every time. One of the things I like about WNB is that they’re open on Sundays so I don’t have to go without my wings. I’ve pretty much cut off all wing spots in Bethlehem/Winder area for the reasons listed above. I’m getting ready to place an order now thinking about. 5 stars from me.

Bought some wings last night. The chicken was dry as can be and tiny. Like smaller than American deli which is small. Not worth the money honestly. Go to blazers.
