3.9 ⭐ is a lie. Visiting from the UK and was walking past this joint and decided to try it out today. Best wings I’ve genuinely ever had, better than any in the UK anyway. Crispy even when wet, and the Lemon Pepper was excellent (had to lol). The fries were perfectly salted and crispy, plus the peach drink was great too. Tall lightskin guy (forgot to ask for a name) who served me had great customer service and was very helpful. 10 stars!!!

I will say this is my first time and experience in a WNB Factory, I didn’t get a chance to look at the whole exact menu but I already knew what I wanted when I walked in. When it comes to ordering Wings they have a odd number of wing combos that you can get, they have a 5-piece, 8-piece 12-piece and you can get that in a combo with freeze onion rings or some type of fried rice. Their number combos of wings seems a bit off to me but I guess that’s how they operate as a business. I noticed when I walked in it seemed like they had some kind of flood issue or something going on the floors were wet with a wet floor sign but other than that it didn’t take long for my order to get ready also the cashier seemed like she was a little irritated however when I got my food she was really a sweetheart she was probably having a bad morning to start off. Overall my food was delicious and if I’m in the Camp Creek area I’ll definitely stop back and try something else on their menu.

LAST WEEK, my brother ordered burgers for us. They were extremely dry and burnt. He took one bite and said it felt like he bite into a brick. My burger was burnt all around the edges and completely dried out! I work during their hours of operation and could not physically go to the store to talk to a manager. As a result, I called…EVERY SINGLE DAY since and NO one has answered or returned my calls. You can’t even leave a voicemail. The machine asks you to enter your phone number, then a PIN or press # to leave a voicemail, but then says your entry is invalid. At this point my brother needs more than just his money back.

This is the second time in 7 days I went to this place. It’s not the cleanest feel when you walk in. Secondly, customer service is atrocious. The young females that waited on me had smart undertones. I tried to called Saturday no one answered the phone. Today I learned they were not accepting phone orders. You would think this would have been addressed Saturday by the first smart alec Saturday. Not sure if I will return. The burger was good. Philly cheese not so good. Just onions. So disappointed. I work near by. I’m sure I’m not alone. Manager/ owner fix this problem!

Didn’t even order due cashier (light skinned young lady) carrying a personal conversation with some guys and completely ignoring me at the register and never stopped the conversation to take my order. I walked out after 2 min of seeing if she’d ever address me and she never even cared. Won’t be back EVER! This is terrible. Hire better people.
