My visit to WNB in Villa Rica was far from what I expected. The first thing I noticed was that the window on the door was completely covered, which immediately raised red flags because customers can’t see what’s going on in the kitchen or how the food is being prepared. Transparency in a restaurant is important, and that setup felt like they were intentionally hiding something.
On a positive note, the place itself was clean and the food I ordered tasted good. However, I couldn’t help but notice the grease used in the fryer seemed overdue for filtering, which left a heavy taste on some items. Small things like that really affect the overall quality and can take away from what could have been a great meal.
The staff was polite, but the atmosphere just didn’t give me that welcoming, open feeling that most restaurants aim for. Combined with the covered kitchen view and the need for more attention to food prep details, it makes you wonder about the consistency of their practices behind the scenes.
While my food came out decent this time, those issues made it hard to fully enjoy the experience. With more focus on transparency, fresher cooking oil, and a little more attention to detail, this location could definitely leave a better impression on customers.

We doordashed and the burgers were raw . Called to get our food right , they said it was a door dash issue . They would refund us , contact them . Door dash only refunds $5 per order . We spent $41.30 for WNB’s food and they blame it on DoorDash . WNB get your life together that crooked crap ! A good manger would have tried to help us .

Me and my fiancé went here tonight. We come here a lot and never have any issues. The food is always good and the service as well but tonight was RIDICULOUS we ordered wings and they were drenched in a soup of sauce. I don’t like dry wings but I had to fish my wings out of this sauce. It was very unpleasant. Not to mention right when I pulled out the parking lot, the bag was filled with wing sauce!!! My rice was good but I had to come home and warm it up. Kinda disappointing!!!!

Placed an order today I ordered honey hot wings was given har mango wings took the order back after tasting the wings they were toooo spicy and when I got the honey hot I couldn’t really taste the honey in them only spicy I told them to make sure they were honey and not so spicy this place doesn’t know how to mix their spices and flavor I took my old food and placed on the counter I said I want fresh wings and rice and really they wasn’t suppose to take the food back after I had eaten out of it it was the same rice because it was cold and the wings still didn’t have the flavor it was suppose to have and my order was $18 wasn’t worth it I will never support this business again your staff need more practice on flavors and don’t give the customer back old food so unprofessional also I wanted to say the doors where the cooking goes on were close I didn’t like that u don’t know what they are doing I like to see my food somewhat being cooked also like I mentioned before the door was closed and I think they have the same food just tried to fix it up again u don’t know what they are doing back there. I’m done

I am only giving all 5 stars bc of one person and that is Jessica. Honestly if she isnt there i dont want to order anything. I typically order atleast $20 to $30 twice sometimes more a week and when she isn’t there it definitely shows. My husband and myself both are picky eaters so our order is a bit more complicated (its not really) but Jessica goes above and beyond to make sure its done right. She knows my name when I call she is very professional. When she isnt there it seems like chaos. They dont show me my order and every time the kitchen forgets my frys. Jessica deserves a raise lol but fr she does. I will keep coming as long as she is there. Its nice to walk into a restaurant after a long day at work and have someone be so nice and caring. It really makes a difference.

Great service and very friendly. I don’t care for the price going up 2$. But at this location you get your money worth. Food is awesome. I only had the chicken Philly cheesesteak with mushroom and onions, green pepper, fried okra.
