I like this location a lot. I’ve been here a few times and every time I come here the staff is very friendly. They make an effort to greet me immediately upon my entry to the store. I also noticed that the place is always very clean. Staff is constantly refreshing the condiment stations and cleaning up the areas accessible to the public to maintain a clean and tidy environment. Employees are also very knowledgeable about the menu and always help me build combos that make the most sense and offer the best bang for my buck. Food is really good too. Always hot and fresh! Prices are more than reasonable for the amount of food you get.

Great burgers, fries, wings and shakes! My wife and I grabbed a couple burgers and went up to Stone Mountain and watched the sunset. Definitely going to try more of the menu, but the double bacon cheese burger with some roasted jalapenos on it is delicious! Good price too. Highly recommend!

Great location. The food is always hot and fresh. The honey lemon pepper wings are to die for. The restaurant is always clean and your order will be right. Parking is tight but it’s a great lunch spot with plenty of seating.

I’ve been coming here since they first opened and have never had an issue with my orders. The wings are hands down the best! The fried rice with yum yum sauce is always on point, and the Philly sandwiches and burgers are great too. Everything is consistently fresh, hot, and delicious. Always satisfied!

I’m giving one star since the fry’s were soggy, wings were medium cold and also soggy. I selected xx crispy and got xx soggy everything. For a total of $30 plus there’s more options for better quality food around. Will not be going back.

Stopped in while on a business trip and staying at Stone Mountain. WNB Factory is an order yourself restaurant and has a wide array of wing , burger, and sandwich offerings. Staff is friendly, atmosphere is upbeat, food came fast, and serving sizes were sizeable. Enjoyed the hand cut french fries!! The dry rubbed wings were outstanding, and the sandwich buns stood out as well.

Terrible service at Stone Mountain Main St, Fri 3 Oct ~3 pm (Order 123, wings combo). Cashier/manager demanded I bus a tray that wasn’t mine, got rude, filmed me, threatened to “call her boyfriend,” followed me to the door, and invaded my space after I refused. Second worker backed her. Food was good, but I won’t return while she’s employed. Left two web messages for corporate; no reply. Want refund/apology and video reviewed.
