Long story short, WNB Factory was born from the strong desire of bringing quality food at a fast-food pace to their hometown. In 1997, two passionate friends Troy and Shin decided to build something they felt was truly missing: hot, quality food that also fit into their busy lifestyle.

Been there twice, yesterday and today. Had wings combo with fries. Asked if they can cook the fries little longer, firm and crispy, no problem. Today had single cheese burger with all the fixings. Meet is Angus beef, very very tasty. I will be back. Oh customer svc, friendly and professional. No crowds at all. With BK right across the street, don’t waste your time in drive through or lines in side. I totally recommend WNB. You won’t be disappointed.

I had the 8 piece wing combo, all flat, mild with lemon pepper seasoning. I paid online and picked up my order. Everything was fresh and still hot once I got back to my destination. The wings were crispy.

Very good food! Like wow. I had the double double and boneless wing meal and it was all so tasty! Then I had the peach drink and wow it is good. The only issue I have with the place is the look of the interior (kinda gloomy) and the staff lacking professionalism.

Asked for a receipt lady gave me this.. order paper far from receipt. Place was empty. Smelled like pure bleach(not breathable). Order was done in less than 5 mins, long time I haven’t been here realized wings were already expensive af $9 for 6 pieces of wings with what was supposed to be lemon pepper but it looked like it was lightly sprinkled pepper mostly and less lemon sprinkles. Asked for x lemon pepper & of course it was the cheap kind with more lemon than pepper. Wings were crispy but half raw inside black, gray, purple, red. All wings were like that. Used to be amazing with these hispanics can’t say I feel the same on returning or recommending. Lady was in a hurry taking my order, I couldn’t even look at the menu.

The food is good, especially the chicken fried rice. However, I’ve eaten here 3 different times and each time something was wrong. The first two times I ordered boneless wings and received traditional bone in and the 3rd time I was missing an order of cheese fries. The food is good but I wish they’d step up and get orders right the first time.
