This is our local spot for cauliflower wings. They make them in every flavor and they are cooked to perfection. There wings are good as well per my son. Onion rings cooked well and their fries for me are great not to much seasoning. Overall customer service is great they have young adults at the front and they always greet with smile and prompt service.

Let’s just say I will not be returning. I am VERY big on customer service & you can tell the young kids they hire here just don’t care. I ordered 6 piece xx hot wings online. In the special requests section, I meant to type “PLEASE DO NOT DRENCH WINGS”, however autocorrect must’ve switched the word ‘drench’ to
‘French’. Okay, I understand that’s a mistake on my part, however, one of the things I would’ve done is 1.
Used my context clues since there were no fries ordered 2. Called the customer to figure out what was meant.
When I arrive to pick up my order, a sweet girl asks what l meant. I told her, she showed me the food and asked if I considered them drenched. I politely said “yes I do, it doesn’t even look extra crispy to be honest. Are they able to remake it”
She calls over a rude, boy who must’ve just been ready to go home by the name of jacob, and asked if they could remake them.
He comes over with the worst attitude, “THOSE ARE NOT EVEN DRENCHED”
I said, “how are you going to tell the customer what they considered drenched or better yet soaked in Xxhot sauce?”
Jacob then responds, “I’m just saying they don’t look drenched to me-they look dry actually”,
He didn’t try to come up with a solution. Didn’t ask to give my money back, refund it, he just said call my manager in the morning. Then kept sweeping.
I threw away the wings when I got home.
I won’t be returning, because if these are the type of disrespectful kids they are hiring, I have no desire of supporting.

This place is truly a hidden gem! I’m honestly surprised by any negative reviews. The wings I had were some of the best I’ve had in a long time—I loved them so much, I came back the next day to try their steak burger. It did not disappoint; that was amazing too! The staff was super friendly, and the place was well kept up. I’m mad at myself for not leaving a tip when they truly deserved it. Now, I can’t wait to come back and try their cheesesteak!

WNB Wing Factory is excellent, especially if you appreciate gluten-free options. The lettuce wrap burger is outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and done right. It is hard to find places that take gluten-free choices seriously, and WNB does it better than anyone. The food is consistently good, the menu has something for everyone, and the quality never disappoints. I really appreciate having great gluten-free options here, and this is easily one of the best.

Unfortunately, my recent experience at WNB Factory was disappointing. The staff didn’t seem very welcoming or attentive, and there was a noticeable lack of customer service. It felt as if losing business didn’t concern them, which is frustrating when you’re spending your hard-earned money. I genuinely wanted to support the business, but the attitude from the employees made it hard to feel like a valued customer. I hope they work on improving their hospitality, because the food has potential.

No idea why their rating is so low… Their food is always bomb and they make the prettiest burger I’ve ever seen for under $10!! No you’re not going to get the ultra friendly outgoing customer service… but they’re always nice and make sure I have what I ordered without sacrificing quality!! The food is pretty good, burger and fries are fire but the straws for smoothies are trash. So bad infact i would argue that i could dump 1000 straws and not a single turtle would even be harmed.

While the store closes at 8:00pm, if you arrive 20 minutes prior to closing-their grill is closed-you can “only order wings and fries”. Also-forget trying to call the store at 7:30pm-they won’t answer.

I live about 5 minutes away and I like their food. The young teens/adults are not rude by any means, they are just young. If you talk to them, they will listen and respond back accordingly, not rudely. The restaurant dining area is clean and welcoming. What I don’t like is the upcharge on a bottled drink versus the flimsy cups. That’s not a kid problem, that’s the owner issue. But, I guess there is given and take every where you go. I do like the bowl of rice separate from my chicken. I get more rice which is what I like. Oh and fyi, I did notice the slight price increase for combo that includes the bowl of rice. Sigh, nothing is perfect, but I wouldn’t give this place a 1-3 review. They are not miserably awful. Let’s be fair, and get out of our feelings when we give reviews. Yeah yeah freedom of speech! Blah, blah!!!! I give them a fair 4 star!
