Had a great experience at wnb! The service was excellent, and the two young ladies at the front were incredibly friendly and welcoming.
The food was just as impressive—I ordered the cauliflower wings dipped in honey mild sauce, and they were absolutely delicious. The fried pickles? Beyond my taste buds! The veggie burger with fries and a cherry Coke made for a perfect meal. Definitely a 10/10, highly recommend!
My only small suggestions: the fries were a bit crispier than my preference, and the men’s bathroom had a slight funky smell. Other than that, everything was fantastic. I’ll definitely be back!

It was fine. The wings were good (we had honey garlic and key west), and the burgers were good, too, but not fabulous. We got 2 burgers, 2 fries, 2 drinks, and 12 wings and it was almost $50. Yikes. Didn’t think it was worth the price, but still good.
The service was great and the restaurant itself was clean and nice. We took our food to go. The drink machine was out of almost everything that makes mixing your own drinks exciting. Lol

I’ve been to the WNB Factory in Covington a few times now, and every visit has been great. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the food comes out fresh and hot every time. Their wings are some of the best in the area — crispy on the outside and full of flavor. The lemon pepper and honey hot are my go-to favorites.
The burgers are also really good — juicy, well-seasoned, and cooked just right. You can tell they use quality ingredients, and everything tastes freshly made. The restaurant is clean, the atmosphere is casual, and it’s a great place to grab a quick lunch or dinner.
Overall, WNB Factory Covington is definitely one of my favorite local spots for wings and burgers. Highly recommend giving it a try if you haven’t yet!

Stopped in tonight, only got my order right after haggling with a cashier to ensure that he rang it up correctly and once the receipt was printed, it still did not have an item listed that we wanted to omit, Swiss cheese on our sandwich. When I brought this to their attention customer service was not very nice. The buffalo chicken sandwich chicken strips are not crispy they are soggy, they don’t have a lot of sauce or a lot of ranch. When I asked for extra ranch for the dry sandwich, he wanted to charge me after spending $33 on two plates. No thanks! I’ll just go to Zaxby’s next time I want to buffalo chicken sandwich, at least the chicken is crispy and I can get extra sauce.

We’ve dined here twice. Admittedly, the first time was 100% better than the second time, however, I did order different food and I think I just didn’t like the second plate better than the first plate.
The first visit we purchased a double cheeseburger add crispy bacon, no tom and no house sauce, add mayo with crispy fries and chicken strips plates (one to go)0. Everything was hot, delicious and exactly how we ordered it!
The facility is extremely clean and well organized – the customer service is amazing! My daughter and I also tried the frozen smoothies and they were delicious as well!
On my second visit I was alone, I purchased boneless wings with lemon pepper seasoning and vegetable fried rice. The boneless buffalo wings were literally just chicken strips cut up which I did not like and the fried rice left a lot to be desired. Some of the peas were hard on the inside and it had no flavor even after adding salt, pepper and teriyaki sauce. I’m not going to hold this against them as my first experience blew me out of the water. So, I definitely will dine here again and get something different or go back to the double cheeseburger add bacon etc.

The wings are good size and they have lots of wing flavors. They let you control the extra seasoning for your fries. The only thing that is bad is the freestyle Coke machine doesn’t mix right so everything is too soda water tasting. However, they have bottled drinks and they are good! Overall, a good place to eat!

Saturday, September 27, 2025, was my first time at any WNB Factory, and it turned out to be a great experience. The place was clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere.
Even though I arrived close to closing time, the young lady with the gold chains was very friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Her positive attitude really stood out and made a lasting impression.
I ordered lemon pepper wings with veggie rice. The food was very good, flavorful, and prepared with care. I’m looking forward to coming back and exploring more of the menu!

We’ve liked their food since they’ve came to Town Center. Wings are okay! Usually their phillies are fine, no complaints. But this? This is crazy. When we called, they stated that the cooks were over stuffing the buns so now there are new portions. But this is the new portion size? This would be a philly made for a child, not a grown man.

Got the half of a cheesesteak I thought it would be alil bigger but it’s cool …. My cheesesteak was heavyyyyyy on the onions I like them but sheesh … even the rice it’s like they barely chop it up but anyways it was good. I put no onions for my boyfriend plate and somehow he got more than I had smh he sat there a n picked them out but he ate it afterwards, I feel like you guys should properly read instructions on a order you never know if someone may have a allergic reaction. Food was decent though
