This was my first time getting wings here. I got the 30 piece platter with three sauces. I tried the mild, lemon pepper, and honey lemon pepper. The honey lemon pepper was my favorite out of these flavors! I will definitely be returning again! Great customer service!

As a transplant and a business owner in the stonecrest area I hate leaving bad reviews for places that I want to be successful. Placed an order for a turkey burger combo. Arrive 30 minutes later to pick up. It’s Friday night so it’s pretty busy so I stand in line and wait behind four other people. I get up to the front I pay for my food. Get my drink and I’m told. Will let you know when your food is ready. I sit down for another 15 minutes and stand up. Get back in line. Stand behind another four people. Get back to the window and ask the young lady. Is my food ready yet? She goes and looks through a sea of boxes only to find my box in the back corner behind all the other boxes. She gives me the foodie. I said my fries are cold and get this. She shrugs her shoulders and says good day sir. LOL you can’t make this stuff up at that point. There’s no need to complain cuz obviously the staff could care less. Whoever’s, working on November 7th at about 7:00 In the evening I hope this business owner survives with this staff. They won’t get another dime out of me that’s for sure

2 Orders To-Go
When we first entered, I thought the place looked pretty clean, but as I looked a little closer, the front windows needed a fresh cleaning. They were smudged and cloudy. Also, there were straw covers and other debris scattered all over the floor. On a positive note, the staff at the register was very friendly and took our orders quickly. I ordered 10 Teriyaki Wings and Wifey ordered the Fish Meal with Sweet Potato Fries. The young lady that took our order advised that it would take about 10 mins. We were pleasantly surprised when the food was ready earlier than anticipated. Though the food was decent, it didn’t exactly knock our socks off – in fact, both of our stomachs were rumbling a little after we ate. 2.5 Rating

I have eaten here many times and the food is always fresh and delicious. I also deliver here for Uber Eats and Door Dash. I haven’t had any complaints with the efficiency and freshness on those either.

Hanks for your response , I want to clarify again what actually happened here:
When I arrived to pick up the order, I calmly asked if the food had already been prepared because I suspected the order might be fraudulent — it was 60 tenders for $2, extremely close by, and the app wouldn’t allow me to cancel. I’ve done over 3,000 deliveries and never seen anything like that.
While I was explaining my concern, the merchant cut me off and told me that if I canceled the order, I would be banned from the store. That’s not only unprofessional — it’s a threat. As a Dasher, I have every right to flag suspicious activity and act in the best interest of the customer, myself, and even the store.
Despite all that, I returned to the store and even offered to complete the order to avoid conflict. But the merchant still refused to let me continue the delivery.
I’m not attacking anyone’s character — I’m stating facts. If there’s surveillance, I fully welcome it being reviewed. It will confirm I raised a valid concern, conducted myself respectfully, and was the one being dismissed and threatened.
Dashers should not be punished or publicly mischaracterized for doing their jobs with integrity. That’s all this is about — and I stand by it.

Stopped in for a bite to eat as I trust WNB factory with my Hunger. Upon walking in, I could see the employees cage behind some sort of plexiglass. Restaurants could be much better than the women’s restroom needs a key fob. I was unable to enter as I needed to use it place an order for a double beef American cheese burger combo I’m not impressed. The burger is missing the logo, which is signature for WNB my bread was flattened, and the cheese was stuck in the middle of the two patties. Not sure what’s going on here but also my order came up to 15 bucks but my credit card statement says 18 bucks! Make contact with the location so that I could include a store number in this detailed report however there’s no store number available. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had a WNB factory I go all the time and other cities. Today my experience was less than superb. The counters were soaked where you pick up condiments.

I like this location.
It is clean and has a 100 on their sanitation rating. That is a BIG plus for me. The customer service is great. The people are friendly and professional. The wait for food is not very long. The food is hot, delicious, and plentiful. The prices for the quality and quantity are reasonable.

I was very surprised by the food quality this visit. The food is normally fresh and prepared just right. The fish and the wings were decent, but the fries were undercooked and very soft and mushy. We couldn’t eat them.

I have only been to this location 1 or 2 times, but the wings and service have been good. It’s very convenient, as it is across the street from my job so a nice change of pace from the typical fast food nearby. Will return.
