Cashier (female) did not great is and was able to answer simple questions like what is the spice level of the wings? Is medium very spicy? Spice levels are different at all restaurants. I grabbed a menu and sat down.
When I returned to the register to place my order, the girl wouldn’t come to the register. She looked at me continue to mess with some bags. A young man took my order.
I informed him I wanted to add a 5pc wings to my combo for $4, he tells me it $7.95. I showed him the below menu that has the wings @$4 AND $4.50. He said the menu must be old. I showed him at least 50 menus and he said they are old. It’s also on the menu board-which is digital
I placed my order because my husband was hungry. My 1st time here and I am not sure if I will return. I’m not saying not to visit this establishment, but I definitely will not recommend to anyone I know.

Factory burger is a solid monster, I loved it. The cheesesteak is a favorite that I highly recommend. I got all the hot flavor wings. The wings are good quality and the wet sauces are all good. I love ultra hot. The scorpion sauce is very hot, but not ultra hot. I strongly recommend it in cheesesteaks or burgers.

30 April 2025 Update – went tonight and had great hamburgers and piping hot fries. The two gentlemen at the register were nice and engaged us coming in and leaving the restaurant. Really nice to see this place improve. Great job.
8 April 2024 Update – ok, going to be honest here and say I’m in agreement with others on the cashiers. There’s always one, normally on the left register that is clearly not happy to be there and the other on the right is pretty good and at least smiles. Twice now, not even a greeting or can I take your order. The food was very good, no complaints but your service or servers set the tone. Which BTW, we were literally the only couple in the place and the same register person called us up to get our order 🙂 Really, couldn’t just walk that over to the only customers in the place? Would have been a nice gesture.
Previous Review: First off, anyone writing their first and only review and giving someone one star is very suspect. This is the reason I hate Stafford in how they support or don’t support a new place.
We’ve tried this new place three times now and it’s great. The fries, beef burgers, wings, and turkey burgers are spot on. I’m not comparing these guys to Five Guys; I’m comparing them to BW3s and honestly, I would go to either place. The service was great and no issues with being greeted, assisted, etc.
It’s not a full-service place, you order at a counter and pickup when they call you. Prices are reasonable and we’ll definitely be back.

Food combination is a little out there, but the burgers are great. I had a blue cheese burger and it was well worth the price. My wife loved it. We got sweet potato fries and union rings and a beef egg roll. The onion rings are huge. Beef egg roll was “meh”. I’m all for experimenting but some things just don’t go together. Overall, WNB is a winner and we will definitely be coming back.

First off, the customer service from the cashiers was terrible. The two ladies seemed like they were on punishment to be cashiers that day. Like they were being punished. The food was not too exciting, albeit it seemed freshly made. I’ll give props for the fries rice and wings which we’re good, but could have used a little seasoning. The Burger was dry and chewy, and it didn’t come with fries for the price. Overall they need to step up

We ate last nch at this new spot just around the corner of our house. They are still in a soft opening mode. So some of their items on the menu are not available yet. They put that up around the restaurant and customers still complain to the staff. What a shame of humanity. So we got some wings, burger and tender. All the food came out piping hot. Their wings and the sauce on it was amazing and the right amount. In fact the left over sauce I poured on my fries and it made it better. Their fries are just very basic pre frozen fries. The burger I had was very good but nothing special, definitely not the best in town. Patty was a pre frozen and not even close to the bun size. The jalapenos on it were just pickled jalapenos and would have been better with fresh cut ones in it. Bacon was thicker than the normal you get from fast food, so that was impressive. Also, it is the type of restaurant where you order at the counter and then find your own seat. Very clean restaurant, still in training staff and a soft open at the time of this review.

I recommend you guys should become more clear with how you conduct business. I ordered 10 wing combo, half teriyaki half honey bbq. I received PLAIN wings with dipping sauce. I called to see if it was a error on my part but no, this was on purpose on their part. If you order 10 wings they can’t split the flavors but they can if you ordered 12. Makes no sense and when we placed the order nothing was explained. 200+ order. Dont recommend and will not go back.

Hopefully improve over time. The fries were the worst fries we ever had, absolutely zero seasoning not a grain of salt in existence. The hot cheesesteak was actually very good, a little small for the price but would order again. The wings also were not bad but the ranch was very watery and flavorless. We would give them another shot after they have time to work out the kinks.

There is a $1 fee to order online which is… inconvenient. The food was only okay (Thai Chili wings and fries). I prefer America’s Best Wings better (specifically the location on Plank Road) a lot better. This was my first try… if I return, I’ll try something different. ♀️

The cashier was not friendly and incapable of answering a simple question about the menu even though she seemed to be training someone. Her excuse was that she had never had that item before. I wanted a side of fries for my combo and wanted to add cheese instead of ordering the huge side of cheese fries that would have been triple the price. I told her I was just curious of the reason I couldn’t add cheese to my fries for an additional price of course and would like to know the answer to my question for my future orders. She ignored me and once my food was ready she called my name, sat the food on the counter and turned her back to me. That was unnecessarily rude. The girl in training I guess could sense I was annoyed by her rudeness and called out “Have a good night” as I was already out of the door. Won’t be back for a while.
