Extremely impressed! Just look at the picture of my burger! It is a piece of art! Ripe red tomatoes, thick crispy pickles, rich green lettuce, and a big soft brioche bun! My only issue with my burger was no sauce despite being told it came with their house sauce. But I won’t knock off an entire star for that. The chicken strips are hand battered and are lightly battered which is perfect! However they were a bit tough so they were a bit over cooked. Still good though! The fries were also great but just wish they had a bit more salt. So my issues were really only nit picks. The staff was also very friendly and extremely helpful with the couple of questions I had. I will be back to try their turkey burger next since I should be watching my cholesterol anyways. Amazing to finally have a great Burger place that offers a turkey burger!

I have been waiting for this place to open. Brand new and an excellent start. Bright clean decor basically black yellow and white. There are many choices of wings, burgers, steak subs fried rice salads lots of sides in addition to fries. I opted for the bacon blue cheese Angus Steak Burger with Swiss cheese it was delicious. The burgers come with lettuce tomatoes pickles onions and house sauce. The bacon was amazing. 2 patties will really be a lot one should be sufficient but if you do two or three you will be maximum full.. The onion rings were also good.

Customer Service: My first time trying WNB. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, offered a menu to look at and given time to review and place an order. Everyone was so kind, helpful and all in all gave amazing customer service!

The food is always amazing. I recommend trying the big spicy Korean cheesesteak or if you do wing try the honey garlic or lemon pepper. It’s so good.

It’s a “fast” restaurant but more of a restaurant-like food. Spacious and colorful. Burgers ain’t flat at all. Fries didn’t even disappoint at all. Wings also were ordered (by my mother with dentures) – very tasty, she said with both thumbs up. Appox 5 min wait. Parking – absolutely plentiful. It’s at a shopping plaza. Dine-in and easily a take-out.

BEWARE OF ALLERGENS
Long story short ordered wings and a burger with no cheese. The burger seemed to have had cheese on it and I think they took it off (melted cheese residue in middle) , also possible shellfish contamination maybe? Either way I had a reaction and was unable to eat and had to discard it and quickly take meds . Thankfully, the reaction was not super severe, but I had to stay up longer to monitor symptoms, so much fun! the wings were plain fried with no seasoning and doused in sauce. Just average. Pretty annoyed. Will not be returning.

I never had any problem with the food until today! I ordered the buffalo cauliflower, as I’m eating and getting closer to the bottom, I noticed an aluminum trim/plastic object in my food. Which is not edible, unsanitary, and is a choking hazard. We called the number on the receipt 3 times, the operator answered and every time someone said “hold on”but then the phone ended up hanging up. So we just ended up taking it back to the store in Owings Mills, MD. After explaining to the employee, what the issue was with the food, he then pointed to a sign that’s on the counter that said “all sales are final no refunds or exchanges.” Don’t get me wrong I understand policies! but one thing that don’t make sense is HOW IN THE HELL are “all sales are final” when there is an FOREIGN OBJECT in my food that could’ve caused harm. I understand policies but in this situation, there should’ve been an exception where I should’ve been refunded for my money if I didn’t want them to make me another. Because to be honest when there’s something that is non-edible in my food, I don’t want them to remake it. It’s not like I was trying to exchange my food because I didn’t like it. NO, there was an object that was in my food that did not belong! I hope they do better but today was my last time eating there. They need to be more careful with their food practices and re-evaluate their food policy! *look closely on that picture and zoom-in if you can’t see it*

I drove a long way only to discover that the kitchen closes at 8:40. That’s a full 20 minutes before the posted closing time. That’s really, really unfortunate. This experience has soured what was once an enthusiastic, positive impression. Google should offer negative stars for this type of occasion.

Well for starters I come in and i had something i wanted to throw away . And the owner takes it out of the trash can and throw it away outside of his premises because it’s not trash from his place of business mind you i’m spending money for a meal and he wanted to argue about it. zits nit my fault there isn’t a trash can outside for public trash. Not to mention when he got finish taking the trash outside he didn’t wash his hands either as he went behind the counter. The food was okay and the cashier was awesome as well.
