First time here. Visiting from FL. We got a burger combo, chicken strip combo, and the chicken fried rice with teriyaki sauce on the side. My daughter said burger was good she just likes a little more seasoning, but still good. Chicken strip are big and tasty, and my FAVVVV the chicken fried rice!!! Sooo good. Definitely a must try!

Not sure about the food as I’ve been waiting well over 10 minutes for it now. Looks like someone came in and picked up a fairly large order while I was waiting, so that may be a factor, but still fairly disappointing turnover time for a burger and fries. Will update on food once it’s ready…

Update: Food was good! Burger was great and fries were good as well. I personally liked that the fries were not over seasoned with salt. That ups my review to 4 stars but service could be quicker as I waited around 15 min for the food.

Just ordered lunch. FOOD WAS AWFUL!! NEVER EVER AGAIN will we order from here. Tenders were DRY and chewy and OVER cooked, boneless wings were over cooked and chewy, bacon on the burger was CRISP CRISP!! Fries were NOT seasoned AT ALL!!

Just bought $150 worth of food for the office. It was all awful. The chicken was dry and the grease tasted like it was from 2021. The food tasted like something from a to go box from 3 nights prior. Selling old food is crazy. Very disappointing – my secretary is calling now.

Definitely a new fav! Great and fast service, tasty and hot food + a really nice interior. I really like how intentional everything was, from the customizable menu options, different drinks, and the seasonings/sauces offered. With good music and TV, and no rush, the atmosphere was pretty chill.

The onion rings need to be served with some sort of sauce. Portion size is excellent (but it would have been better hot or even warm.) The cheese fries-they used a nacho-dip style cheese instead of shredded cheese (no one wanted to eat them). Maybe better eating in restaurant.

I don’t know what happen but they are serving wings that should of been thrown away. It’s 90% bones. I ordered from this place many times and these aren’t the standard size wings they usually sell. They should of not let this get sold what so ever!

Well let me start off with the fact that I’ve never eaten at one of these before and I’ve never had anything on their menu other than what I’ve ordered today. Now that I’ve said that I have to start off with the good which was the French fries that came with my order they were cooked well they were big and Meaty fries they were little skinny crispy ones and I have to tell you they don’t warn you that they don’t come with salt on them when they cook them until after you get them and I’m glad that the woman told me because had I made it home with this food and there was no salt in my fries I would have been highly upset I would have took the whole order back LOL that being said the bad I ordered the big cheese steak and I don’t know their method for cooking this meat but when I open the box and looked at it when I was Salt in My Fries it looked all right it looked like it was cooked good and it was aesthetically pleasing but once I got home and I picked that sucker up and put it in my mouth I could tell that there is not one Speck of seasoning on that meat at all whatsoever and it tastes like that steak was boiled it did not taste like it was grilled I think that the man or woman or whoever was in the back cooking that steak squirt or poured water on the meat and then put a lid over it to make it cook fast and didn’t bother to put not a scrap of seasoning on there whatsoever. I was thoroughly disappointed I didn’t spend a whole lot it was only $17 for the whole thing the fries and the sandwich but that’s not the Clincher I had to add my own salt and pepper and because it was cooked thoroughly with water on the grill with no seasoning I loaded it down with some salt and pepper and it still did not penetrate it did not work it was like torment even the Mayo I asked for didn’t even taste like Mayo it was just like a white gloopy sauce on there with no flavor at all and I don’t even know why they bothered or where they got that sauce from or how they manufactured it but it didn’t taste like Mayo it didn’t taste like anything I was so disappointed I will never eat a wnb factory ever again I’m sorry even though I’ve never eaten anything else on the menu but this this experience was enough for me to say Never Again and I recommend you go elsewhere to get your food because it takes more than pretty faces and a clean Lobby to keep customers it actually takes somebody that knows what they’re doing with food.
