I found this place online yesterday while visiting the area for Valentine’s Day. Missed our dinner reservations traveling and I’m actually very happy we did. The food was so delicious within every bite and the drinks were 10/10. Kyle, did an amazing job serving us and having great customer service to all customers at the bar. I’m so glad I ignored the reviews and tried them anyway because I would have missed a gem. That patty melt, salad, and hot wings were all a win and now I’m ready to try the burger. You won’t be disappointed!

Solid stop after a day of snow tubing, especially if you’re not in a rush.
Food: Wings were good. Pizza is classic New York style and on the greasy side, so know what you’re ordering.
Service: Cafeteria style ordering with food brought to the table; beer is ordered separately at the bar. Service was friendly but slow.
Bottom line: Worth it for wings, pizza, and a cold beer if you have time to spare, skip it if you’re on a tight schedule.

They have a good menu and reasonable prices. We ordered a veggie pizza as well as a pepperoni pizza. They have a bar with a variety of drinks. We got our drinks from the bar and went outside to dine. When we ordered our pizzas, we were given a number to place on our table. Our pizzas were delivered to us. The parking options aren’t great. They have a small lot above the outside dining area, next to the building. Other than that, they have street parking.

Excellent Restaurant! We received friendly service and the food came out quickly! The meat lovers pizza was delicious! I loved the crust and it was loaded with meat toppings! We also had loaded fries so delicious and hubby had a Philly Steak sandwich he said it was delicious!

Slow night, waited 20 minutes for this $15 salad. I asked for a Caesar Salad with grilled chicken. I was given this tiny side salad with chicken. When I asked the cashier why the box was so small she said “ I don’t know why he put it in that small box”. I told her I have purchased this salad 2 other times and it was the same price but in a large clear to-go box . She said I could pay extra to have a bigger salad than what I have.. no thank you. I’m local and won’t be back.

Everyone was very friendly and food was so good. I had fettuccine Alfredo and my husband had chicken parmesan and both were very good. Prices are really good here
I would definitely come back again

We stopped in last night to try out this place. We went late so it wasn’t busy. The bar tender Tito welcomed us kindly and told us about the great beers and food options. He was super nice and got us our drink fast. He even showed me the cool draft station. We got our wings, and they were delicious. They came out super hot and cooked to perfection. Thank you for the great food and service. We will definitely be back.

Solid Subs, Poor Service, and Skip the Pizza⭐⭐

I really wanted to love this spot in downtown Bryson City, but my visit over Labor Day Weekend 2025 was a letdown.

The Lowlights:

The Pizza: This is definitely the worst restaurant pizza I’ve ever been served in my life. It was undercooked, greasy, and felt more like a frozen/reheated product cooked on a conveyor, rather than fresh dough, house-made sauce, high-quality cheese. As shown in my picture, it was floppy, swimming in its own grease, and had way too much cheese. Nothing like I was expecting, but it was cheap at least. The taste was “off” and I regret ordering two slices. Very disappointing!

The Wait: Despite plenty of open tables, it took 45 minutes for our food to arrive after we ordered. The restaurant was not busy; we arrived well before the dinner rush. At one point we went to check on our food and as soon as I got up to inquire, it magically arrived at the table. Many other guests ordered after us and received their food before we did. Our order was not complicated — two pizza slices, and a chicken parm hero with fries. Definitely not worth the wait.

Service: Not warm or attentive whatsoever; no one checked on us during the long delay. The restaurant was visibly dirty, and our table felt sticky. There was one self-serve refill station for drinks shared by the restaurant. Our server did not even bring us our food or check on it once we had it. However, she did have time to spend half an hour talking to the patrons of another table about sports.

The Highlights:

Other Menu Items: The chicken parm sub and the chicken tenders with fries were actually solid and much better than the pizza. I would definitely order them again.

Pro-Tip: If you are in Bryson City and absolutely craving Italian food, this is one of many options within a stone’s throw, so your mileage may vary. If you do order pizza, be sure to specify exactly how you want it cooked. Otherwise, stick to the subs and tenders!

I’m open to giving them another shot in the future on trips to the Smoky Mountains, but I’ll temper my expectations.

We tried Wize Guyz Grille on a recommendation—went for the chicken wings. Crispy, mild buffalo, no complaints there. They nailed it.

I followed up with a garden salad topped with chicken. Solid greens, but heads-up: that chicken was obviously pre-cooked and packaged—texture and taste give it away. Basic, serviceable, but not fresh-cut.

The chicken sandwich? Just okay—nothing special, hits the baseline, but doesn’t stand out.

This place shows it’s worth a stop if you want wings on the go, but don’t expect a full scratch-made lineup. Cool atmosphere, friendly enough staff, and reasonably priced. If I’m craving wings next time, I’ll be back—just not necessarily for the extras.

Great pizza at a reasonable price. We ordered a half garden veggie and half supreme. The crust was nice and crispy and the pizza was done perfectly – not soggy or under done in the center at all which some places struggle with. One specialty pizza will work well for 2 people.
