The atmosphere is very nice and relaxing. The salad with entry was very disappointing, it was the most basic salad every. But at least the dressing was good. 2 entrees. Both were just ok, wasn’t hot. Overall its got a great atmosphere, but food could definitely be improved.

We goggled Italian in Joplin and gave it a try. It was a great meal. Met friendly customers who regularly eat here. Staff was amazing. We will be back and tell our friends who visit Joplin to give it a try!!

Our first time here and we learned the owner makes homemade food passed down from his grandma, the bread is from a local bakery across the street, nothing tasted canned or frozen, it was made with pride and fresh to order. The food was so delicious, the atmosphere needs a little work but from my understanding they just switched locations and they were working out kinks. We will absolutely be coming here again and again!

Best Italian food in Joplin by a mile. I’ve been coming for many years, both at their new location and the previous one on E 7th St.
However, the last several times I’ve visited, both bathrooms have been dirty and completely out of hand soap and/or paper towels. I understand this happening on occasion, but this has become a recurring issue now. It’s a completely reasonable request for a customer to want to wash their hands after using the restroom, and prior to eating. As a customer who has been a regular for years, it’s starting to affect my desire to return, despite how good the food is.
I’d be happy to edit this rating once this is remedied, as I do truly love this business and want to see them do well! However, this is a non-negotiable that I just can’t breeze over.

Ordered the Cajun Trio, it was a little too heavy on the blackened seasoning but still pretty fantastic. Bread is good, firm. House wine has heavy notes of cherry, no leg really but it goes down easy. The limoncello marsciponne (spelling?) Was also amazing. If you tried this place before and weren’t impressed at their old location, come back. It’s worth it.

We are visiting Joplin from out of town. The Italian restaurant we ate at last time went out of business so we came here for takeout. When you walk in it looks ok and has a decent dine in area.
We ordered takeout. The food was made quickly and the gentleman brought it out to us where we were sitting and was very nice and chatted with us a bit.
When we got the food back to our room it was still hot. The pasta was cooked perfectly. The sauce is awesome and the ravioli was really good and well seasoned.
I highly recommend this little place and hope to come back here again.

Excellent service and excellent food. The bathrooms were my biggest complaint. My husband said the men’s restroom was out of soap and the women’s restroom was filthy. Other than that, highly recommend.
