I don’t drink coffee but when I do, I want it to go straight to my veins After a trip to Costa Rica, coffee has never been the same for me. It’s burnt, bitter, and sad. The owner of Wise House Coffee Roasters has restored my faith in coffee. He and his guitar rocking son have mastered the craft. Bonus for this “Mom and Pop” veteran owned shop – they support the local community (check out the Amesbury Skatepark Project). Small spot, dog friendly, *check their social for hours*
: Chocolate Rain (I have since downgraded to the “Baby Rain” so my heart doesn’t jump out of my chest )

More expensive than most New England places but one of the worst taste of cortado.
They didn’t have any food to serve with coffee (maybe, don’t offer any at all, idk)

Some feel the rain, and others just get wet. Chocolate Rain brightened my day and added a bendy straw! And nugget ice. I was powered for my day of chores and giddy about my cup of sunshine as I did them. Adulting is fun at Wise House.

Cute little coffee shop I wasn’t expecting but really enjoyed. The owner seems very friendly and laid back. I told him to just make me a good coffee and he came through. A lot dairy free options (even the caramel!) You can pay with cash, card, or even venmo – which is so convenient.

Wise House’s intimate setting encourages connection among its relaxed customers. While chatting with locals, I enjoyed a bright pour over and a smooth latte. The attention you and your coffee receives makes this Brooklyn like cafe worth a visit!

The coffeehouse we didn’t know we needed in Amesbury. Obsessed with the black walls, cool art, and cozy corners to do work in — and of course we can’t forget about the coffehouse dog, Bart! Oh, and the coffee is amazing. Highly suggest stopping in on your walk downtown!

All that it’s missing is a quarter pipe and a tattoo chair.. This place has a cool artistic, punk rock vibe. It’s not like all the other coffee shops where everyone is on a laptops making vision boards on Pinterest Great coffee too. (I highly recommend the chocolate rain coffee….)

I recently hosted a large event in Amesbury with over 100 attendees, and Wise House Coffee played a key role in making it a success.
Walter, the owner, went above and beyond to ensure our guests felt welcomed and had everything they needed, including an endless supply of his outstanding coffee. Plus, everyone loved getting to take photos of his dog. His space is just so cool.
The warmth and attention to detail really made a difference, and our attendees couldn’t stop raving about how great the coffee was! If you’re ever in Amesbury, make sure to stop by Wise House Coffee for fantastic service and an unbeatable cup of coffee.
