100000 stars for Wise Acre Eatery!!!! We happened to stumble on in on a beautiful fall October day when they had numerous fun fall activities for kids going on, as well as pumpkin carving voting, a baby cow you could pet and touch and pumpkin decorating/coloring among other things. We went for Brunch with our 3 kids and got a wide variety of delicious brunch plates to get a good sampling of what they had to offer. We LOVED learning that 85% of their food is sourced from their regenerative farm and we LOOOOOVED the high quality and fresh taste! I wish the American food supply hasn’t been so hijacked by quick, cheap, easy and processed. This place redeems how food was meant to be eaten, savored and enjoyed!!! Wholesome, flavorful, FRESH, delicious, nutrient dense, supporting local farmers, supporting regenerative practices…. all around incredible…. SO GRATEFUL to have found a place that seemingly really cares about the product they put out and they do it with excellence! Thank you Wise Acre Eatery, we can hardly wait to come back!!!! 10/10 highly recommend if you like quality fresh healthy flavorful food.

Carefully prepared food get Wise Acre to a 5 star vs 4 star rating. Dining area is more simple cafeteria style with surrounding farm local farm produced food for sale around the perimeter.
Wild Rice with chicken about $22 and half sandwich and squash soup about $13.50. Prices struck me as a bit high overall.

We absolutely loved Wise Acre—it was amazing! You really get what you pay for here. The ingredients are incredibly fresh and local, and we appreciated the menu selection; it is thoughtful and curated, focusing on quality rather than being overwhelming. The venue itself is beautiful—light and airy, even on a cloudy winter day. We will definitely be back for another meal and to stock up on fresh produce and meats from their farm!”

It was the worst experience. There was a ladybug on my food, and the server just said it was a small ladybug and grabbed the salad piece with their bare hand without even apologizing. It made me feel very uncomfortable, and the service was unfriendly on top of that.

This is a popular place and usually busy. The food is super fresh and delicious with fun variations on the usual favorites. I tried the juevos rancheros and I loved the crisp tostada, perfectly cooked eggs, flavorful salsa, and the best side of beans I’ve had in a long time. Our group shared an order of the pancakes special, which was winter holiday themed and we all liked it, but thought it would be too intense for one person.

This is my first visit to Wise Acre Eatery and on this visit I went for lunch with two of my sons on 7/28/2025. Overall, this is a fantastic place to eat. Their farm to table philosophy is authentic and I could taste the fabulous results in their food.

I ordered the farm breakfast with sausage while my son ordered the farm breakfast with carnitas (pork). My only disappointment was with my son’s carnitas. I tried it and I thought it was overly seasoned (too salty). My son agreed. The sausage I ordered was perfectly seasoned and was the better choice.

My youngest son ordered the kid’s french toast. He loved it and ate everything. He chose applesauce and it tasted like fresh apples- because it was homemade applesauce.

This is not my last visit, as I will bring my wife and other son on a different occasion.

We went on a hot day so we ate inside the air conditioned and small dining area. I would estimate the indoor dining seats approximately 16-20 people, but there is a covered side patio and plenty of outdoor dining to seat additional people.

I would highly recommend giving Wise Acre Eatery a visit.

A Standout Dining Experience in Minneapolis

Wise Acre Eatery is hands-down one of the best spots we’ve visited in Minneapolis. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. The food was exceptional—every dish was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. You can tell they prioritize quality ingredients, and it shows in both the taste and presentation.

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere even though the place was buzzing with activity. We also appreciated the variety of seating options, both indoors and outdoors, which made it easy to enjoy the space regardless of the weather or group size.

Despite being busy (a good sign!), service was efficient, and to our surprise, parking was easy and stress-free—a rare bonus in a popular area.

Whether you’re local or visiting, Wise Acre Eatery is a must-visit for anyone who enjoys great food, a lively setting, and outstanding hospitality. We’ll definitely be back!

A wise man once said, “farm to table with super thick bacon will make mouth water and tummy full” probably… Wise Acre is an adorable eatery with food that packs a satisfying and flavorful punch. It was a combination of flavors I wasn’t expecting and it’s a combination of flavors I want again and again. So if you want to make a wise choice, this wise reviewer highly recommends breakfast and lunch as Wise Acre. Enjoy!!

We stopped by Wise Acre Eatery for breakfast and really enjoyed the food overall. The breakfast bowl was great—flavorful and satisfying—and the French toast was also good. The coffee was solid, and we liked the combination of indoor and outdoor dining options, especially with the garden-like setting. However, the service could definitely use some improvement; people were a bit rude. Still, a nice spot for a fresh, locally-sourced meal in a charming environment.

Lovely farm to table eatery. Deli, groceries, art! What more could you ask for? Really lovely coffee and the service is so nice. You order your food when you step in at the counter. I have been several times. I can’t help but order the farmers breakfast. I upgrade to the bacon. The bacon is worth the upgrading. It’s thick and salty and delicious! I love to support local farmers and eating here gives me the opportunity to give back and eat delicious nutritious food! I can’t say enough about how much I love this restaurant and their mission. I am even considering signing up for their CSA!
