I’ve been a loyal patron of Wintergarden Tavern for over a decade, and I can confidently say there’s simply no place like it! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere wraps you in that perfect blend of cozy nostalgia and vibrant energy it’s warm, welcoming, and always buzzing with good vibes. Whether it’s a quiet weeknight or a lively weekend, the ambiance never disappoints.
The staff here are absolutely exceptional. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely invested in your experience, they remember names, favorite drinks, and always go the extra mile with a smile. They make every visit feel like coming home.
And the food? Simply fantastic. From classic bar favorites to delicious twists you’ll crave long after your meal, every bite is packed with flavor. Quality and consistency are always top-notch.
After more than 10 years of coming here, I can honestly say I wouldn’t choose any other bar. Wintergarden Tavern is my go-to for great drinks, great food, and the best atmosphere around. Cheers to many more years!

We recently celebrated our son’s 21st birthday at Wintergarden Tavern, and it was such a fantastic experience from start to finish.
Kyle, the manager, was outstanding — incredibly accommodating, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure our party had a great time. His hospitality really stood out and made the night feel special (and helped ease this mom’s nerves about her son’s first “official” night out!).
The food and drinks were fantastic, and everything came out timely and fresh. The atmosphere was fun and lively without feeling overwhelming, which made it perfect for celebrating such a big milestone — especially when you’re trying to keep track of a newly-21-year-old.
We also loved the shuffleboard and pool tables — they were an added bonus and gave everyone something fun to do throughout the night (and sparked a few competitive family moments!).
The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and made sure we were well taken care of the whole evening.
We’re so glad we chose Wintergarden Tavern for this celebration and would absolutely recommend it for birthdays, parties, or even just a great night out!

The food was great, and we really enjoyed the pool tables and darts. This place has a lot of potential and could have been a really fun experience.
Unfortunately, the service completely ruined it. Our server never even gave us her name, but she was a short woman with tattoos, dark hair, probably in her mid-20s. From the start, her attitude and facial expressions were consistently rude and unwelcoming. She acted like she didn’t want to be there and like helping us was an inconvenience.
That kind of energy affects the entire atmosphere. It’s disappointing when one person can take away from an otherwise enjoyable place, but the service alone is enough reason for us not to return.

I wanted to hold back a food star,(but their food is so good!), because they straight up stole Taco Tuesday, and my life is just a little more dule for it. It was probably Steve’s fault. Thankfully, everything on the menu is very good and reasonably priced every day The pizza, just do it. The drinks come quick and cold, and the pool table situation is insane! I always have a great time playing at this establishment. Come and enjoy the company of their super nice and chill staff – tip accordingly, these are professionals!

The food was decent, but the service was a complete disaster. Our server, Katie, was rude, inattentive, and clearly did not care about doing her job. We had to wait far too long for basic things, and she barely checked on us at all. The most unacceptable part was when she tried to ask for my phone number while my wife was in the restroom — an extremely inappropriate, uncomfortable, and unprofessional move. That crossed a serious line. Because of Katie’s behavior, we will never return to this place. Absolutely ruined the entire experience.

I came from out of town & wanted a nice meal. I was given more than that from the staff. Katie R, & Jess made my experience here so welcoming ,and they were both so attentive. I am not the easiest customer by no means either, LOL but I do appreciate the amazing food and beyond great service I was provided. I’ll be back!

Meh. Unfortunately, nothing special. When we ordered our appetizer, had to ask for the plates. Then when she brought it out the plate was dirty. Our entrees took foreverrrrr and we still didn’t have silverware. Another server had to bring us napkins and silverware. The food was nothing special. I had the blackened Atlantic salmon. I honestly could have made the same caliber of food at home. Save your money and go to Stables instead. Way better food and service. Like, waaaay better.

Although the service is the worst ever don’t expect a second drink if your here for dinner. Although the spinach artichoke pizza is amazing. A must try so delicious. To bad the service is so slow. The pizza came out quickly but my drinks been sitting here empty. If you’re in a hurry I would’nt recommend.

The mac and cheese balls here are amazing! Ive heard they are no longer on the menu tho and it breaks my heart. Ordered those everytime i stopped in.
But, i will say, Winter Garden Tavern has such a fun, laid-back vibe — perfect for hanging out, playing pool, or catching the game. Our bartender Sam was absolutely the best — love coming in on her shifts – super friendly, attentive, and kept everything moving with no long waits. Definitely recommend stopping in.

I had a 50th birthday party there for my husband just 2 weeks ago. Kyle was awesome in making sure we had everything we needed food wise to serve about 40 people. It was served buffet style, with soda, lemonade and water and we just did a cash bar. Katie was our server, and she was fun, attentive, and efficient. It happened to be the day of the snow storm, and the power flickered a couple of times. In spite of the weather we had a great turnout, and the kitchen was able to stagger our food to accommodate our staggering in guests. The food was so awesome, and just the right amount. We had half a tray of spinach dip which was served with homemade pita chips and tortilla chips, a salad, half tray of chicken tenders, and 50 sliders, served half at a time. We brought our 12 and 9 year old boys, and some friends brought their similar aged children too. The kids had a great time playing pool, and learning how to throw darts. It was so nice to have a way to entertain the kids so they could be a part of the evening too. They will remember the fun night forever. Overall I would give 10 stars if I could. The Winter Garden will be one of the first places we think to go in the future.
