My first impression was genuinely awful. I have been to this place twice, and unfortunately, both visits were disappointing in different ways.
The first time I stopped by, the coffee machine was not working at all. Things happen, and I was willing to give it another chance. On my second visit, a Saturday morning, I came in specifically for my usual cortado. I chose this location because it was new and I honestly hoped it might become one of my regular spots, somewhere I could drop in from time to time. Instead, the disappointment was hard to put into words.
The most disturbing part was the staff. The person serving customers appeared clearly sick, constantly sniffling and audibly dealing with a runny nose, without any face covering. It was very uncomfortable to witness, especially in a place that prepares drinks, and it raised obvious concerns about basic hygiene and professionalism.
The coffee itself was another shock. It was handed to me almost immediately. I did not hear the espresso machine running and could not understand how the drink was prepared so quickly. When I tried it, the coffee was barely warm. Not hot – just slightly warm. I have never experienced this with a cortado before, and I still cannot explain how this even happened.
In the end, it felt like I did not just waste seven dollars, but also my Saturday morning. I have been to another location from the same chain before, and while it was not perfect, it was at least acceptable. This location, however, was far from that. Overall, the experience was deeply disappointing, and I have no desire to return.

My husband and I went on a date night the week that they opened… I actually think it was like 3 days after opening. Typically restaurants are still figuring out a lot of kinks their first week, but I was amazed at how it seemed like this was a running establishment for quite some time…The pizza was absolutely amazing!!! We didn’t get coffee because it was 7pm But next time that’s a must! The location in the galleria is perfect if you have kiddos that need some space to run. Not to mention the design is We can’t wait to go back!!!

Winston’s hosted the Class of ‘26 Lake Travis Young Men’s Service League’s final meeting before graduation. The meatballs, pizzas and hospitality were terrific! I love the pizza oven and the space is perfect. Thank you – we’ll be back!

I enjoy visiting the Bee Creek location for it’s convenience and great family/community atmosphere. This was my first time in at the Galleria location and I was equally impressed! I was enthusiastically greeted by Ava and offered a sample of their new tiramisu cookies. They were delicious! I ordered the chicken bacon ceasar sandwich and it was baked to perfection. I’ll definitely be going back!

This place opened recently and I really like it! It’s become our favorite spot to go with our newborn. The coffee is great, they have nice snacks and tasty pizza, and the place itself is very cute and cozy. Very family-friendly — highly recommend!

Super shame- cute atmosphere but the dark haired older lady was BEYOND RUDE for no reason. We had placed order and it got very loud. So we decided to go outside. I took time to speak to a younger staff member and the person making the pizza. Explained what I was doing. Said I would check back. All of a sudden the older dark haired lady loudly was asking others about our pizza so I spoke up. When I mentioned telling the other two staff we went out- she very rudely and loudly said “well you didnt tell me”. It was so obnoxious other people commented.

Beautiful environment, very classy, but the food was unfortunately not at all worth the premium price. We got a cappuccino, a matcha latte, and a donut. The drinks together were $11 and were just okay. The matcha was 99% milk, and the donut was $4.30 and terribly dry. Likely baked a couple days ago.
I believe the pizza is their specialty, and maybe today was just an off day for them. So we may come back again, but we were quite disappointed for our first visit here. I hope this place turns things around, it has potential for sure.

Very much enjoy this place. The pizza really surprised me with it’s quality. I asked Emily to make it crispy for me and it was done perfectly, with a smile and with some nice conversation. Highly recommend this place.
