Saturday evening, just an hour before the restaurant was set to close, we found ourselves welcomed with prompt seating. Within a mere three minutes, our drink orders were cheerfully taken. The momentum didn’t stop there; a swift five minutes later, our food orders were captured with equal efficiency.
The dishes arrived with impressive speed, each presented with an aesthetic flair that promised a feast not just for the palate but for the eyes as well. The steak was the epitome of culinary precision, cooked to a flawless medium rare. While the chicken Parmesan boasted a delightful flavor, a hint more seasoning could elevate the chicken to match its exquisite companions. The fries, however, were a unanimous triumph—crispy, golden, and utterly irresistible!
Our waitress was attentiveness, ensuring our dining experience was nothing short of exceptional.
The experience was one that merits recommendation. The quality of food and service assures that this won’t be our last visit—we’ll definitely be back for more.

A friend of mine told me about this restaurant. So I drove down from Jefferson city, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. The staff was amazing and very attentive to our needs. The food was excellent and had large portions of everything we ordered. The pizza is hands down the best in East Tennessee. It was well worth the drive. If you live in the area or happen to be around the area, stop in and try it out. You will not be disappointed. If I could give it 10 stars I would. Bravo to all the staff, y’all did an amazing job.

I’ve visited the Spring City location several times and heard great opening reviews on this Rockwood location. Pretty disappointed!
When we arrived, no one was at the host station, and the waitress at the cash register didn’t acknowledge us for a good 5 minutes until we asked if we needed to seat ourselves. She muttered no the host will.
The hostess was busy filling drink orders for both of the waitresses but finally got us seated.
The hostess came back around and took our drink order quickly. It’s also worth notining that we had to ask for the one single refill my daughter received throughout the dining experience. No others were offered even with empty cups.
About 10 minutes later, our order was taken by the older waitress. Unfortunately, we didn’t get her name.
Around 20 minutes later, our appetizer, cheesy bread sticks, was brought out. They were extra cheesy, and the sauce was great.
After another 20 minutes, our meals were served. My daughter ordered a small, 9-inch pepperoni pizza. I was not impressed as it tasted like a cheap, frozen pizza with sour sauce. Kids are easy to please, so she ate half. My husband ordered a Philly cheesesteak. It was lacking in the steak. We’re foodies and have never had one with so little meat for the same price. I ordered a grilled chicken salad. The salad was basically half of a plate of warm lettuce, mooshy tomatoes, and cool, diced grilled chicken. The ranch dressing was the best part of the salad. And for that price, one would expect to have cheese or croutons, but they didn’t even provide crackers that were mentioned on the menu.
We waited another 15 minutes or more after finishing our food just to have to ask for our ticket from the two just sitting at the cash registered, who informed us we needed to wait on the waitress to give us a ticket. They couldn’t even be bothered to get a to-go container for the remaining pizza.
Also, make sure you ask about the card transaction fee. We weren’t informed until after it was already processed. When I spend over $50, I don’t expect to pay for your card processing service.
Mediocre food and slow, inattentive service is why we have no intentions of returning.

Very casual. Got seated immediately. Got served promptly. Took quit a long while to get our food, but it was good. Prices not bad. I’d go back.

Good restaurant. Stromboli and burger were pretty tasty. Stromboli could have had more italian sausage and it wasn’t as spicy or flavorful as expected. Great mushrooms! Burger bun didn’t hold up very well. Sweet potato fries were tasty but not worth the extra $3 charge. Waitress service was good; she checked up on us appropriately. They don’t tell you, but you pay at the front. Not impressed Everything looked clean.

The restaurant is nice and clean. The staff was cleaning when I walked in. I was thinking this is going to be great. The pizza is average and the Alfredo Chicken or whatever my son got was so so. He said he had a lot better. I am willing to give them a chance since they have other things on the menu. The food wasn’t worth the price.

Never been, didn’t know what to expect. I was feeling like some steak but am iffy on it due to having no teeth (I make my steak at home tender enough to eat). I took a chance and glad I did. The 6 oz sirloin steak was cooked medium rare to perfection and the seasoning/flavor was amazing! Best steak I’ve had in town or even the county. The sides were nothing short of the steak either! Great food and service. 5 stars for sure

The food was both delicious and served hot, and the service was very friendly and humble, but what surprised me the most was their dishwasher … What a good employee! I mean, he was on top of everything and keeping the day moving for everyone. I’d definitely recommend this place only for him.
Though, my favorite part of this entire experience had to be their hostess, Mari Mclean. She was phenomenal and ever-so-welcoming. If they made her the face of the company, that beautiful girl would bring in all the customers.

Food was excellent! We had cowboy steaks they were very tender and juicy, Huge baked potato that actually came out hot and my husband had the sweet potato fries he loved them. The fried mushrooms were the yummiest and large. Great service, everyone along with the cook who came out to make sure we were happy. Very pleasant experience all the way around we will definitely be back.
