Staff was friendly, but product wasn’t ready, appointment time was at 3p.m. It is now 11p.m. at night and still haven’t been given a door. If coming here prepared to been here a full 10/8 hr break. They’re sending drivers to the Pilot truck stop to wait to be called for a door. This place is very slow at loading on the weekends.

Only good thing about this place is there was a decently clean bathroom available and grass for the pups. We showed up for a PRELOADED trailer at 0430 (wasn’t supposed to be ready until 0930 but we figured get in and possibly grab early if it was ready). We saw the reviews. We questioned the reviews. We figured the reviews that said plan a full 10+ hour break had to be from the smaller companies that did lives…boy oh boy were we WRONG! Our “preloaded” trailer was finally ready at 1625, seven hours after it was supposed to be and the rude “gentleman” inside couldn’t even do the paperwork right so by the time we were finally able to get under our trailer it was after 1700. GREAT way to waste not one but two driver’s time since they made a team wait so long.

I was just there 1/10/26 to pick up a load live load I arrived early but there isn’t actually any appointment time basically 1st come 1st serve I got there 1pm finally finished loading 4pm they must take lunch 12pm 2pm or something 4 other trucks were already there before me & still waiting to be loaded 2pm guy came out & put glad handle locks on trucks & started to load we all basically left the same time staff was friendly & plenty of room to maneuver & back into doors drivers have to have trailer tag & tractor tag #s at checking in you all so leave trailer doors closed they open & close them inside of warehouse load & unload

Arrived early-right to dock and started loading. Everyone was nice and respectful. Farthest dock 19 is tight but room to around in lot above so no blindside. I had no issues here

Treehouse 1100 Italian way ..food pasta manufacturer.. my appointment was 0700 PM I have arrived 0540 PM, the man at shipping office was nice the loading started at 0630 PM..the process was fair ..not too fast but acceptable the forklift man was getting the pallets from the back of wh..I gave them 4 out of 5.

Sunday 1 pm appointment. Arrived at 1230 pm, got door and started loading. Took over 2.5 hrs to load. Then, after getting green light and supposedly done, took another 30 mins to get paperwork. They seem to be more interested in chatting and standing around than working. No regard for a driver’s time.

I read the reviews, and they are true it’s a place to waste time. Arrived at 9:30 am for a 10:00 am appointment. Got in office and gave info for load. I was told to wait in the drop yard. Got a call for a door 2:36pm. Finish load at 11:30pm sigh. I ran out of HOS right there in the dock. So it was a waste of day, no miles, no money. I’m not going back there.

I was two hours early for appointment. Immediately given a door upon arrival. Roughly an hour later I was back on the highway headed to destination. I can’t vouch for their drop and hook loads for I have never had one but I will definitely take another live load from them when the opportunity arises. If you go in with a smile and are polite you will receive the same. Exceptional shipping facility in my experience.

Had a live load scheduled for 1500. Checked in early at around 1345. I was put right in a door but had to wait about 45 minutes for them to start loaded. Loading was quick. I spent 2 hours there including time to check in and out. I would go back there again. Nice people.
