Service is always super slow, they never have enough employees so everyone is overworking. Service was so slow I decided to deliver, and they messed up my order so bad that I only got two things of veggie sticks. It’s almost funny. They did offer a refund so I can order and wait another hour to get it. Dont get me wrong, the food is great and the people seem nice, but this was terrible

I had a great experience. The man who helped me was very friendly and answered all of my questions. I didn’t catch his name but I think he may be the manager, he had a beard and tattoos. The food came out fast and hot and it tasted great. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely disgusting location. I took pictures bc I was hoping to post them to this review. Trash everywhere all over the floor and on the counters next to food. A customer was handed a soggy wet bag and complained when the employee went to see what caused the wet bag he picked up a dirty wash rag that was sitting on the counter where they are packaging the orders and threw it on another counter. Employees not wearing gloves while handling the food/fries.. I waited almost an hour for a 12pc combo and a 3pc chicken strip. There were a total of 6 employees working and they would all consecutively leave/disappear to the back at once and then all come back without washing hands and no gloves and continue cooking/standing around. Orders backing up and employees are all gone except the girl packaging orders. Food was all over the counters, wet dirty rags next to the food. They were not frying the food fresh only using what had been sitting out for obviously awhile bc my food was disgusting and cold. I was seconds away from asking for a refund and walking out but this was my first time ever having wing stop and I drove an hour out of my way to get it. It was also very obvious if you’re not Uber/doordash or pickup you are not a priority at all. I waited half an hour and asked where my food was and the employee went back looked at my ticket and said it was next up. Then I watched 20+ orders go out. Most of the people came in after me. One customer walked in and his order was out in less then 10 min. I ordered a 12pc combo and a 3 pc chicken strip combo, and have to wait an hour? There was also no lids for my three drinks I ordered as well the drink station was a disaster. Most of the drinks were out of order. Add injury to insult it was $41. Management should be ashamed of this establishment. Should be cited by the state for how filthy it is. Never going back.

I see a lot of negative comments about the time it takes for orders but consider this. When you order a Chicago style pizza it takes a while for the center to get hot. These bone in wings are cooked to order and hot to the core when I get them. They’re also surprisingly large. So much better than some chains that just run frozen wings through a small oven and slather them in mediocre sauces. Order ahead. Ask them how long it will be, and don’t expect fast food style food or times since it’s all made fresh.
Oh, and get the Cajun or parmesan!

Absolute worst for online orders. I scheduled carry out for 7:15 and had to wait OVER 30 minutes for my food to be ready. There were lots of other people in the same situation, they’re extremely understaffed and slow. If you don’t mind waiting an extra 30-45 minutes, cool, if you’re in a rush or anything closely related, do not order here, it’s like wing purgatory!

Literally nobody in this business wearing gloves. But specifically this gentlemen rubbing his face and sliding his fingers across his nose and then placing the fries in the trays. Waited 45 min and still was told it would be another 10 min but yet many orders were being placed and being picked
