Everyone is very friendly. But food took a while even though only ones in the dining area.Tables were clean but floors needed. Fries were hot and fresh. Wings were a bit cold. Tasted good.

Today, November 23, 2025, at approximately 2:38 PM, I walked into the store and everything initially seemed fine. I intended to place a simple order: a large Cajun fried corn, half Cajun and half lemon pepper. This is a reasonable request and nothing out of the ordinary.
However, the young lady at the counter immediately began accusing me of being disrespectful, even though I had not acted inappropriately in any way. She then refused to take my order or provide service. I waited to place my order, but she continued to deny service without any valid reason.
I am requesting that the franchise owner or corporate management review the CCTV footage for this date and time to verify what happened. I believe the video will clearly show that I did nothing wrong and that the behavior I experienced was unprofessional and unacceptable.
Please look into this incident and make the right call. Thank you.

Did an order pick up . They put all four flavors of wings in the same container and they were cold. Ordered seasoned fries they were also very cold and soggy. I added a side of cheese sauce that I had to pay 3.99 for and they did not put it in the bag.

We ordered through DoorDash, it was our first time ever having Wingstop and everything was perfect! Affordable and great quality. The boneless wings were tender and huge. Our veggie sticks were so fresh and we definitely recommend trying the ranch! The manager Caleb was so helpful and kind. We will be back! 10/10

we placed a mobile order for ahead of time and though it is ready it’s always missing pieces!!! i paid for 40 pcs wings. not 37 or 38 or 39. but 40. This is not the first time it happened. that’s why i always count before leaving. but man this is a repeat offender. then i have to wait another 20 mins just for the missing pieces!! what a waste of time and my money. always so understaffed
