The wings were the best I’ve had since leaving Buffalo. That was the most important part which regardless of anything said after I would go back. Almost went somewhere else because when we pulled up 75% of the staff was five feet out the door vaping or something else of the same process. All staff were all friendly, but then straight to the open kitchen without any hand washing or food handler concerns. The man that helped us was great, made some suggestions seemed very professional, probably managerial, and not part of the impromptu vape breaks that continued through our visit. The bathroom floor was a concern and felt like what the kitchen floor would feel like at the end of the night in a fryer establishment (ice skating rink). The floor right outside was fine so I knew I wasn’t losing my mind. There needs to be some trash cans for self table clear mid meal. The kid’s I brought in mentioned that a few of the staff seemed altered (beyond nicotine vaping) to them, which I said is a common happening in the food service field. They did agree that it would be worth a return visit though. Wings AMAZING, Fries AMAZING, Coke products the only thing acceptable. Staff camaraderie all set, most staff professionalism might benefit from an upgrade.

Love this location, the food is absolutely delicious! If you love anything and everything chicken this spot is definitely for you. My family always eats the boneless chicken wings and chicken sandwiches! If your undecided about which flavor to go with you can’t go wrong with the lemon pepper or the original hot! My kids bday was today and all he wanted was Wingstop and that says a lot coming from a 17 year old boy! The food is the main component but the customer service here is the best. The employees always seem to be having a fun time which translates into great customer service. Saying hi with a smile is something small but it means a lot to me and my family! Way to go Wingstop Poulsbo location, keep up the great work! Look forward to the next visit, which will probably be in a day or so!

This is this organizations idea of Cajun seasoned corn and lemon pepper wings with EXTRA lemon pepper. When we called you complain and get a refund, we were told when would have to drive back with the food as proof to get a refund. After driving 30 mins to get home, NO THANK YOU! I have completely loss confidence in competence and will no longer do business at this facility. I recommend anyone thinking of eating here to reconsider if you value quality service.

Arrived 15 minutes after placing order and it wasn’t ready. Didn’t expect it to be, so asked if they could put it on a tray so we could eat in. checked after 10 and 20 minutes, still “working on it”
After a few more minutes, I was hovering by the counter and they asked what I wanted as if I was a new customer. Actually, each time I went up it was like they completely forgot who I was.
My order had been sitting on shelf in a take out bag. Thanks.
It was missing 5 wings and what we got was very overcooked and sauced poorly. Only win for this store was they got us another 5 wings pretty quickly, but the flavors were very off.
The Garlic parm was missing the parm and another one literally tasted plain like the the sauce dripped off? Mango habanero didn’t even taste like it, and thats my favorite flavor.
By the way, we could see the staff cackling and having a good time saucing wings while eating the worst wingstop I’ve ever had.

I usually come here every night and get food and I just can’t stand the fact that regardless of that they always forget my corn or put ranch on the fries when I ask them not to it just always makes me so mad because it’s always 30-50 for food

I got the lemon pepper chicken it was nothing more than what you could buy in the grocery store in the frozen food department with some lemon pepper liquid squeezed all over it and it was extremely salty and more than one piece was unedible. It was the worst meal I ever had for $15. The fries were absolutely awful! I couldn’t recommend eating at this place.

The wings here need sauce/flavor cause every wing tasted the same. The Parmesan had an odd taste. Would love if management would fix the lack of sauce cause lots of reviews agree. To be honest, the worst wings I’ve had and they only sell wings.

I forgot how much I love this place. It’s been a long time since I ate here because it’s pretty expensive, but boy did I forget how addicting their wings are and fries. They have to have one of the best ranch dipping sauces I think I’ve ever had.
