This place is fantastic. A lot of grumpy reviews on here, but dine in one evening and you will be amazed how busy this place is and how the staff still manage to do a great job of preparing your food. The wings are nice sized and always nice and hot. You have to wait for your wings because they make them fresh. The flavours are awesome and the staff and very friendly to talk to. Great place. I think the complainers on here are comparing this fast food restaurant to finer dining options.

My family and I have ordered lots of times but our last order was not good at all. We had ordered 2 order meals and 2 sides of 5 wings each. First they combined everything together instead of putting the orders that were originally ordered. So with each family member we had to separate each out like we ordered. One order was 10 of one flavor and 5 of one and 5 of another flavor. They should have been in the box as ordered but they put all of one flavor in a box and another flavor in another box. So we had to totally separate each one out. Then flavors were not all correct and some of the flavors had not enough sauce to cover the wing. They said they would replace 1 of the meals and replace 10 of one flavor and 5 of another. I just now called to actually have it remade and they say they have to call me back in 20 min even though he read the whole order back to me. This is not good customer service and I know they get busy but when they say they will replace they say they will call me back. One picture was taken after we separated one and put in the other box. When someone pays $50 for a meal you would expect it to be decent

Tried Wingstop for the first time and I’m not much of a wings person but I did enjoy their Parmesan wings a lot. I could see myself going back for more. Staff were great, service was fast. Place isn’t very big so seating is limited but worth a try.

First time here as we do not have this store in Canada. Very busy on a Sunday afternoon. Line up out the door. Not many tables. Only three tables. No garbage cans to be found and only one bathroom. I got the boneless 10 pack with two different flavors, garlic, parmesan and mild barbecue. They were quite salty but crispy. My son had the bone in wings Hickory smoked barbecue and they were really tasty. The french fries are not crispy at all to my taste.

We drove all the way from Vancouver to have a meal at wingstop only to get racially discriminated. This guy at the front(medium built) I believe his name is Hector as it was printed on the receipt just ignored us as we walked into the store. Right after few minutes another 2 separate customers (Caucasian) entered the store and were greeted very politely while we got totally ignored( i am brown for reference). The guy was very rude to us even while taking the order and kept cutting me off while I was placing my order. Very disappointed with the interaction and felt like we wasted all this time for shitty customer service. Rest of the staff was pretty decent and helpful.

Heading to Seattle for my 16yr old daughter’s volleyball tournament at University of Washington. Daughter has been talking about this place for 2 days so we decided to come here for lunch. We are Canadian so it’s costing us 40% more! Don’t go boneless, it pretty much costs the same. More value and much tastier with the wings. The hickory bbq flavor was the best compared to parmesan and Hawaiian. The fries with melted cheese was just ok. The corn was . $57 USD was overpriced for what you get. Waited 20min for our food and there was only 4 tables available. They were busy though.

Order a simple 30pc wing meal and waited while multiple customers cam to the restaurant after us and order and got their meals before us. And just to have the staff talk independently about us wonder when we will get served out order. In the end wings at the Costco frozen isle would have been a better choice for us that night. Since we wouldn’t have wasted an hour of our time sitting and standing.

Service was okay, all employees including manager were pretty grumpy and not very nice. Took 20 minutes to get our 2 sandwiches and 2 fries. The sandwiches were in consistent, one had 2 pickle slices whole the other had 4. Fries were very very salty. Ranch was also really runny. Here’s the kicker there was a BONE in the fries I almost handed to my toddler! Thank God I had caught it before giving them to him!
