Charged $ 1.75 for a sauce. Been going to wingstop for years. The employees even told the guy who charged me they weren’t supposed to. I’m not surprised your rating is where it is. I supposed I paid $1.75 towards marketing dollars. Management feel free to reach out and make this right. I would hate to this employee working for my business. Do better hiring.

Was worth the wait, although it was busy. Chicken sandwiches were good. Chicken strips were ok. I’m trying the wings next time. The spicy Korean dip was tasty, but a little too spicy for me.. I enjoyed the fries as they were fresh and well seasoned. The veggies were fresh and tasty with the blue cheese dip. The brownie was ok. We will be back.

Just left this wingstop. Walked in and a pregnant came to the register and said “Someone will be with you in a second.” I guess perhaps she was counting till or something, fine. Then after about 2 minutes of me standing there a guy came from the back and walked pass me to take a personal call on his cell phone outside. I just walked out at that point.
I feel bad for the owner of this place. Because their employees obviously don’t care.

Really cool atmosphere with a lively crowd! We tried their Louisiana Rub and Lemon & Pepper chicken tenders with fries, and iced tea!
Wait time was about ~20 minutes, but worth the wait! I’d go for something spicier than the Louisiana Rub seasoning— regardless, it was super good!

All I did was accidentally order at the wrong store and they made it a living hell when I asked if they can remake it. Catherine tried to serve me cold food that’s been sitting over an hour because I’m which I’ll be reporting. Well im sorry im walking in the rain and take the bus and its taking me a little while to get there. I got hung up on multiple times. When I was told to be put on hold it was hung up. When she said let me get a manager there was another hang up. This will be my first and last time ordering at this Wingstop. Go to another one.

Came from marysville in the rain and I was highly dissatisfied with my meal. The customer service was okay, the guy who took our order was nice and did nothing wrong. We were told it would be 20-25 minutes so my boyfriend and I waited in the car and my boyfriend went in within that time frame. After a total of 20 more minutes or so of waiting I texted my bf for an update. About 8 minutes later he finally came back to the car with our food. We waited basically an hour for this. Everything we ordered was in there but the wait was not it. It probably comes down to low staffing, the fact that it was a Sunday and raining. In terms of the food the wings here are incredibly salty maybe it’s just the boneless that are that way? The sauce on my wings wasn’t tossed to properly coat each wing. The most disappointing part of all this were the rolls. I had been most looking forward to those and craving them but when I took them out of the bag they even LOOKED cold I didn’t even have to touch or eat them. Once I picked one up I was immediately upset they were just as I suspected: cold, hard and difficult to eat. One roll had a huge center missing. Just a mess. Even when I attempted to reheat them at home they remained a bad texture compared to the other times I’d eaten them in the past. Idk if they were some rolls that had been sitting there for a while or whatever happened. Either way an employee had to have looked at those rolls and placed them in my bag without a second thought. If I had personally looked in the bag that contained the rolls instead of relying on my bf’s quick check, I would’ve seen how bad they were and went back in for fresh ones. I’ll definitely be reaching out to the store or even the franchise owner if necessary because this is ridiculous. Oh, and my total was $40 this place is expensive and can’t even deliver a quality meal.
