Wings and fries are delicious! Can’t beat the value either! I usually get take out, ordering off the app, which is super easy and convenient. It does get busy at times, so being patient is necessary some visits, however staff has always been kind and accommodating for me! They usually have my orders ready in 10-20 minutes! Best place to grab some wings in town, hands down!!!

Just want to shout out the team last night (1/3 at around 8:30pm). Very kind people, even though things were absolutely crazy and slammed for them! Really appreciate y’all and the great food y’all made for us

This are supposed to be Original Hot usually covered completely in sauce but there’s barely any sauce on any of my 15 wings here

Kaylinn (we don’t know how to spell her name) at the Albany location has amazing service. She greeted us when we came in, she was patient, kind and answered all of our questions without getting annoyed.
It was our first time trying wingstop. The food was super good, better than expected to be honest. We also got to spin a wheel and got free fries!

I made a large order to go after calling it in. I ordered a 75 wing pack with three sides. We had mostly bone in, a few boneless, cheese fries, regular fries, and corn bites. I really like dry rubs so most of our wings had dry rubs. I also asked for the wings to be cooked extra long to be extra crispy. I got there a lot later than I had intended but my food was waiting in the warmer and side they were on time, I didn’t have to wait. Very friendly pleasant interaction with both the manager who took my order and the front desk staff who took my payment and handed my food to me.

Usually a big fan of their food, Usually no issues other than longer waiting time. Today’s wait has been about an hour now and still waiting. Ordered online got here at said time, made sure to ask which been told it’ll be a little while longer. Over the course of 45 minutes while waiting in store for my online order, I asked 5 times, still nothing. Usually can understand a longer than usual wait time, but an hour is a bit ridiculous. Not happy.

We were looking forward to this place, heard great stuff about it. Worker were great, food was ok. The 30 minutes wait really put a sour taste on the food. Definitely order online kind of place. Price to taste, Little Cesar’s wings are better. Fries were terrible, but that could have been our batch. We definitely not coming back.

What I expect out of a wing stop; nothing wowed, but nothing was bad either. The boneless wings were good, sauced nicely, and lukewarm by the time we got them home. The fries had good flavor, but also kinda soggy. All this to be expected when you take out. The ranch is always delicious. Would eat here again.

We’ve finally given up on this location. Tried three times to enjoy a meal here and each time has been a disappointment. This last time, my daughter and I swung in around 11:30 a.m., hoping to beat the lunch rush. While the place was virtually empty, the person at the counter immediately informed us that our food would be at least thirty minutes, just as a heads up. I saw folks working in the kitchen and understand that large orders come through, but there has to be a better way to do business. Thirty minutes to get a small order of chicken? I have never had this experience at any other location, so not entirely sure what’s going on in Albany. Bummer.
