I ordered my Uber eats delivery at 8:30 PM and there was a glitch and I ended up getting my order messed up in this wonderful restaurants saved my order and gave me times two of what I ordered what I paid for blessed me today after I was having a terrible day, even wrote on the drink carrier, a smiley face in a heart praise to the 6 to 10 or six to one shift you guys are warriors. We love you.

My famiy and I recently visited Wingstop and was deeply disappointed by the experience. The restaurant environment was concerning, with garbage scattered everywhere and the drink stations in a nasty condition, covered in sticky, dry marks. It was clear that cleanliness and hygiene were not a priority.
What was even more concerning was the lack of professionalism from the manager. They not only showed no regard for customer service, openly yelling at employees in front of customers about petty issues like having too much cash in the drawer, but they also cursed and spoke badly about other managers, making it uncomfortable for customers, especially families with toddlers who shouldn’t be exposed to such language.
The manager’s attitude towards delivery drivers was appalling, treating them as if they were a nuisance to her job.
To make matters worse, when I reminded them that they were short on my order item, the staff in the kitchen were seen laughing and giggling, showing a complete lack of concern for customer satisfaction.
Overall, my experience at Wingstop was extremely disappointing. The unsanitary environment, lack of professionalism from the manager, and disregard for customer service were unacceptable. I would not recommend dining at Wingstop based on this experience.

Starbucks on the corner already pulled out and I noticed that other places are taking the lead and getting ready for the days of another empty strip mall.

Ordered the Hawaiian and garlic cheese boneless wings and thought it was okay. I wasn’t too huge of the flavours to be honest. I did however enjoy the fries.

Placed an online order and it told me 15-28 minutes until ready. I arrived at this Wingstop 16 minutes after placing my order and stood at the counter for approximately a minute before the guy washing tables and windows came to help because the woman did not see me come in. (I was the only customer in there). I wait till I get home (14 minutes drive) and immediately open my food. I ordered the large Louisiana voodoo fries extra crispy and a side of Korean bbq sauce. Not only was my fries cold and soggy, cheese was stiffened as if they made my order and put it in a fridge. They also gave me the wrong sauce with MOLD in it. MOLD! If I could give this place a zero star I would.

Customer service was good. The men’s restroom was filty, and unsanitary. Also, the soda fountain was very dirty. I was very disappointed in the chicken sandwich that I ordered and it looks nothing like their chicken sandwich photo.
