So many things wrong with our order but the biggest was greasy dry rub chicken and greasy, soggy, flavorless buffalo ranch fries after a 30+ minute wait!! Definitely not what I have experienced at other Wing Stop locations in many other states. Employees were friendly was probably the only pleasant thing about our visit.

I usually enjoy Wingstop for the food, but this visit left me a bit disappointed. After dining in, I asked for a box to take my leftovers home and was surprised to be charged for a takeaway container. This wasn’t mentioned beforehand, and I’ve never experienced this at Wingstop or most restaurants before.
The amount itself isn’t the issue , it’s more about the lack of transparency. If there’s a policy to charge for boxes, it should be clearly communicated so customers aren’t caught off guard.
Food was good as usual, but this experience definitely took away from the overall visit.

Great customer service today at the wing stop on burnside! Ivert has a warm and welcoming Demeanor. He was able to help me navigate the menu and take our order will pleasure! Will definitely be back to order again. Excellent service!

1 hour to get our food. I was 2 wings short of what I paid for. Every table in the restaurant was dirty and the floor was sticky and disgusting. Fries looked disgusting compared to picture (see attached) will not be going back here for any reason. Very disappointed.

Was greeted right when we walked in. The place was clean, the staff was super friendly and very outgoing. The wings were the usual wingstop wings- very minimal grease, fresh, lots of flavor. The fries were perfectly cooked. All in all, another great wingstop location.

Uber Eats allows them to charge me for items that they claim they don’t see. The customer service at Wing Stop is less than ideal and does not refund unless you want to come back at a different day and time to speak to someone else to potentially get your money back. It’s $4.29 but it’s the fact that they told me I didn’t order it when I have the receipt and refused to refund me at the time of delivery.

It looks like we got scraps …as my daughter bit into her buffalo hot wings one side was warm the other was literally cold when we had just got them.. they did get changed or when asked just the fact they left the kitchen like that was a little disappointing…

Hate to give a low score because the kids love the food. But resturant doesn’t honor online coupons when the online system isn’t working. Tried ordering on their own website and through Uber Eats and online system didn’t work. Called the store to order and she says she could not honor the deal I wanted. Kinda wild to me.

Their food pretty good but customer service was bad. Only half our large fry was in there and 10 wings missing. When we called back to see if we could pick up the rest (an inconvenience to drive back for us) they told us they wouldn’t be allowed to ring it in again, DESPITE us already paying for 20 wings and only receiving half. Whoever was on the phone was rude and dismissive and told us we’d have to wait 2 days until the manager was back in store to receive a refund. ALSO the lemon pepper we were supposed to receive weren’t even lemon pepper. Disappointed tbh.
