This was my second time ordering, and I really wanted to give it another chance. I ordered online, but when I received my food, I was disappointed again. The chicken tenders and wings barely had any sauce on them, which left them dry and hard. I ended up just picking at the chicken for what I could eat. Even the Louisiana fries hardly had any sauce — just plain and not enjoyable. The first time this happened, I didn’t say anything because I figured maybe it was just an off day. But this time I couldn’t enjoy my meal at all and ended up throwing the fries away.

We wanted to try their chicken tenders here and they had a special for Tuesday. We ordered ahead for take out. We ordered a variety of flavors from original to atomic. We also tried the lemon pepper, Spicy Korean Q, and Louisiana rub flavors. I felt like the original was probably the best followed by the Louisiana rub. The atomic didn’t have the heat I was expecting and the Spicy Korean Q was more on the sweeter side. The lemon pepper were actually a bit on the greasy side (the chicken tenders). I think I’ll stick to their regular wings next time.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Wingstop location. The staff was extremely unprofessional and seemed like they didn’t care about the customers at all. The service felt disorganized, and it honestly looked like no one was managing what was going on.
What really concerned me was seeing what appeared to be friends of some of the workers coming in and out of the kitchen area. They didn’t look like employees and weren’t wearing any kind of food safety gear. That raises a huge cross-contamination issue and makes me question the hygiene standards of this place.
When you’re paying the prices they charge, you expect at least basic professionalism and proper food handling. Unfortunately, this location didn’t deliver on either. I won’t be coming back.

The food was absolutely delicious. The price for the 15 piece meal for 2 was cheaper than a fast food place. Everyone was friendly there. My only complaint – all three TV’s were tuned in to Atmosphere TV and they really suck. It creates a cold atmosphere in there. However, will be back for the food.

Doordash guy failed to pick up HALF OUR ORDER. Spouse called and the restaurant basically told them they’d have to come pick it up. I was NOT happy. What’s the point of delivery then?
However, they refunded the Doordash order and gave us a lower price. Doordash driver got zip.
ETA: I found out from my spouse that Wingstop doesn’t really have control over Doordash and the great employee working there did what he could and then some to make up for the fiasco of the Doordash guy.
I hope this can push this Wingstop (and others) to reevaluate their decision to contract with Doordash. The customer service with Wingstop is great. Doordash? They tend to ruin that experience.

Tried the chicken sandwich for the 1st time. Chicken was juicy and delicious! Got the combo meal and it’s only $8.99! Can’t go wrong with hand-cut fries either. Great portion sizes and plan to get it again.
