I come from Novato just to get Wingstop because I love this place but once I got there I waited and the employees were having a conversation like ?? Hello I’m here. They saw me standing there and continued their conversation, so unprofessional by the way. The person who took my order was ANGELINA, I clearly told her I wanted ORINAL HOT WINGS. When I got home ready to eat my food I noticed that’s not what I asked for. She gave me Mango Habanero. I can’t go back because I live in NOVATO.

stop allowing novato to order doordash from your location. it is too far, pays too little. 12 bucks for 30 mile round trip that take 45 min to an hour. gas is 5 bucks. so its less than 7 an hour. not rocket science also messes up acceptance rate

We were told we could not order unless we did it online. Apparently, they do not have a cashier. Unbelievable. They Ignored our group for several minutes at the counter before being turned away. Only a couple other people were in the building, definitely not busy. Customer service is dead and quality of food and service has been going downhill at this location. The old Wingstop was terrible and now this one is not any better.
