My first experience here was terrible i went to get a pick up order and it wasn’t ready. The lady told us that it was 6 more minutes and we waited. I had ordered A seasoning for my fries and they didn’t put the seasoning. Also the boneless wings were burned here are some pictures. When you bite them they tasted really burnt i didn’t look at my order until I was home and it’s already closed so i couldn’t go back to ask for a refund or replacement.

This particular Wing Stop is pretty great. So don’t listen to someone who posts reviews from a restricted profile.
Honestly, I haven’t had anything burnt from the kitchen. If it looks burnt, let them know and whether or not it’s just the flavor rub. Might give off a different texture in the end, but still a great place to order ahead or even enjoy a meal there.
The staff is always friendly and they can get busy around sporting events, so a wait time for the order is understandable. Though I’ve never had a wait time beyond 10 minutes and that was them preparing a hundred plus wings for a football party. Still if you need help, it doesn’t hurt to ask. Just be polite and friendly, they’ll be happy to help out if anything is wrong.

Chill atmosphere, nice employees and most of all….I ordered on doordash app, walked inside 2 min later and my order was almost done!!! Like that was crazy fassttttt. Love ❤️ it when your food taste just like it’s supposed to be and it’s fast!

EDITED on 02-06-2020: It’s been a while since I haven’t been there, and as the place showed up on my door dash page, I decided to place an order.
The chicken was OK, but the fries… Wow… They were SO burned (see picture) and salted (when specifically I asked not seasoned at all), that it was impossible to eat them, and they went right to the trash. How could you think that’s fine to sell fries that horrible to your customers, is beyond my understanding. Lesson learned now. Wing-stop NO MORE!

Ordered in person. Order sat on shelf and got cold for 30 minutes. Was never called, had to go up and inquire. Guess they automatically assume your a door dasher and will hound them for your order. Boneless wings are the size of mcdonalds nuggets now. Save your money, cook at home!!!! Boneless are the old size chopped in half. No value.

I was at the location (with my son and my husband after a movie) at 11: 20pm.
When we entered the store, the floor was super wet and was recently mopped . There was no wet floor sign. Only an orange cone with a handwritten note with a sharpie that says wet floor.
Upon ordering, we were told that we couldn’t dine in because the server said by the time our food comes out the store will be closed.
We waited for a good 20 minutes for 2 orders. There were 3 staff in the kitchen. They were chit chatting very loudly as we waited for our food.
I come from a retail background so i find these “rules” not acceptable.
At 11:44pm.
there is about 5 people waiting for their orders.
It was 11:54pm when we got our order. That is quite a wait. It didn’t bother them that we were waiting. Not one of them said thank you for your patience.

I come here pretty regularly and it hasn’t disappointed me. I always order online and arrive around my pickup time. My order is always correct and I’m greeted fairly quickly upon entering.
