I went and picked up my order at 1:53 on September 20 2025 and the guy behind the cashier was the most careless person didn’t greet people and when another customer and his son were dinning in they were trying to get a drink from the soda machine and the customer told the cashier that all the flavors tasted bitter and I went ahead and tested it and yes all flavors were bitter and as I looked over at the cashier he made eye contact with me and seem careless stood there for about a minute and was just waiting for the soda machine to be fixed but i just went ahead and settled for the sweet tea (not my favorite) but if customers are paying almost 3$ for a drink the machine should be up and ready to be used ! Horrible experience…

I ordered online and I picked up five minutes after I was told to go in and pick it up. When I got to the location, my food was not ready and they had no idea about my order. The man behind the counter told me it would be about five more minutes and I asked if my order never went through and he chuckled at me. He turned around and then walked to the back to make my food. The only good thing about this restaurant is the fancy soda machine from my experience. Ask my boneless wings were crispy critter fried. Inedible.

Ordered online waited the allotted amount of time and even stopped at jamba on the way to give them extra time.. upon arrival the staff was scrambling, the establishment was packed, the soda station was gross and the young man who handed me my order seemed to be frustrated already to the point where it was no greeting, just can I help you … and then even when handing me my cup it dropped on the counter and was not secured, which he had no concern for. Second time here where I feel like customer service dropped the ball. 3 stars since the food was hot and my order was correct

Well, the low reviews were true, ordered from here last light and was pretty bad. We ordered online 15pc meal, 9 parmesan regular and 6 Hawaiian boneless but received regular, fries, added: carrot side and carrot/celery side. The wings were completely over cooked, dry and extremely tough, fries were soggy and only 2 ranch dips for entire order. Staff acted like they could care less if you were there or not, like the real staff had all left and a bunch of random kids came in and decided to play “restaurant”

Been here several times. It’s close. Getting in a phone call is a 10% success rate if you want something custom like crispy wings or fries. So I have up n now I have an air fryer. Also, don’t carry the extra hot original wings some others do.
