Worse experience ever! Walked in to TRY to place an order. Cashier just looked at my partner and I with no type of greeting or any type of acknowledgment. It was busy which I was understanding, but at least let me know how long the wait will be instead of NOT saying a word. We’ve waited for 20 minutes still NO ACKNOWLEDGMENT! My partner and I decided to leave due to bad service. Once we left out the door I look back and saw the cashier just staring with a smirk.

Supper great food! Loved the customer service as well as the quality of the food, I ordered through DoorDash and I was expecting it to come cold but it came nice and warm making it easy for me to eat as a quick meal! Would definitely order again!

Go elsewhere. Filthy establishment. Floors are dirty. Trash scattered around. Tables are nasty.
It took 22 minutes to get a combo meal. Then it wasn’t even good. Very little seasoning on the lemon pepper wings. Corn was over cooked. Fries were barely hot. The ranch dressing was good and the only way to save this meal.
Phones were ringing and staff was not attentive. Bathroom was awful. I’m very disappointed with this visit and they need to improve.

The best Wingstop in the area compared to the train wrecks on railroad and deer valley. It’s decent chicken made on the fly by people capable of taking your order a major upgrade from the other locations mentioned.

Only received 7 wings on my order. Ordered 10. Cashier was Saad. Idk who else was in that kitchen preparing orders but they did not deliver my food on a timely manner. Just opened my box too. The chicken looked so dry.
The atmosphere of the restaurant is dingy and sad, literally not inviting at all to potential customers. This is my second time in 4 years coming here where they screwed up my order. Last time I didn’t even receive my fries when I ordered. Not coming back ever again. I thought it would’ve redeemed itself after COVID. Whoever the manager is, they are not doing their job properly.
Stay away from this location, not even joking. This is store #316.

This is the slowest and most unprofessional wingstop I’ve ever been to. Ordered online ahead of time and it still took over 30 minutes to get my order. They seemed like they couldn’t care less about actually getting food out on time as multiple other people were complaining about food taking forever.

Ordered online and picked up my order. Got home and saw they forgot all my sauces. . Fries where soggy and lemon pepper wings where full of excess amount of oil. . Had to to pat down the wings with napkins to remove the extra oil and also eat the wings dry, since supermarket was already closed and couldn’t get sauces.
