unpleasant place. The customer service is disgusting, it took too long to deliver my order and they dispatched other orders from people who arrived at the place after me first. When they finally gave me my food I was disappointed again, I asked for my order without anything spicy and it seemed like they had done it maliciously because when they delivered it to me they laughed. I definitely won’t go back to that place.

Now this establishment refuses to answer my calls and return my money as you can see not even the flavors I ordered. On top of that they didn’t give me a drink on a COMBO meal. Save your money and time and go to fire wings up the street in Pinole, way better food, service and quality. I would give this place zero stars if possible. Absolute trash and refuses to correct their mistakes.

This used to be my favorite food place but they have seriously went down hill. This is my 2md to last time ordering there. My food was cold and I asked for well done hot wings and wet. Clear as day you can see these wings barely have any sauce and extra seasoning for the fries. Can you tell they barely have any ? I try not by o complain because I eat there ALOT like at least a few times a month but the food is getting worse and the customer service is lacking. They let all the good people go or they left. We went today to order some wing regular and boneless. But so disappointing, because the wings were dry and had no sauce, it looked like oil to me. Also I decided to order a chicken sandwich which was nothing special The chicken was dry and overcooked and no sauce , no lettuce and no tomato How can you call that a sandwich, also the fries were too saggy. And let’s talk about the fountain drink that tastes just like water. Probably this will be my last time eating here.

Gave me food poisoning. Oil was evidently being reused over and over again. Will not be coming here again. I had to run to the ER and threw up 17 times which is ridiculous. I know fast food isn’t the healthiest but Quality of food matters even though it’s fast food, and this quality is genuinely trash because I’ve had wingstop and I have never ever been sick after.
