They never answer the phones , I ordered here may 27th at 10am and the lady never gave me the dips I paid for. And when I call no one answers I just left and there was a short Mexican dude with short hair and a Mexican lady and a Mexican guy just walked in with a ponytail so none of them can answer the phone while they’re in the morning when they messed up my order kind of messed up so I sent my dude in to go get itso annoying. They need new employees that can actually answer the phone in multitask.( missing 3 ranch’s)

Very rude and inconsiderate at the fact that my order was incorrect. I ordered over the phone and the order was not correct! Attached is the image of the lead manager who gave me a difficult time about proving the order was incorrect. Told me I was making a big deal over nothing. But I had already paid for my order over the phone not online. And he was very unprofessional and rude.

This happened twice. Got the wrong order of wings. Also missing a large voodoo fries. Shame. I ask for a refund, the guy on the phone was all like, “our manager is not here to do refunds, but we can make the fries for you when you come in” I WANT A REFUND!! Also how can you NOT have someone in charge on the floor? Ridiculous

DO NOT have it delivered. Order for pickup & check your items before leaving. I ordered a large soda and got a smaller size. I also ordered carrot sticks since the quality of the fries from this location are never good but did NOT receive them. I love wingstop, but this location lacks attentiveness. I understand if they run out of stuff, but at least improvise.

I love wingstop ALOT. I decided to go to this one due to being in the neighborhood. I who not be returning.
Atmosphere: The tables never got cleaned after ppl got up, the floor was dirty, and the area around the drink machine was dirty. Even the garbage can that is displayed was overfilled. There was no care for the establishment.
Food: My food was hot and prepared. I hope I liked it to be. However, I ordered a large ranch and was provided several small ranch. If I had known that they did not have the container, I would have changed my mind.
Service: The were serval kids in the establishment, although only 2 ordered food. They were loud, cursing alot, messy and using racist slurs such as the n word. Being the only black woman in the establishment, I was appauled. I spoke to them serval times about the disrespect towards the black community and the lack of respecting older ppl that were on the establishment. The workers looked constantly at them, but never said anything. They only continued to give water cups which they used to drink everything else, but water. Once done, 3 men had to clean the entire area off just to have somewhere to eat.
If racist terms are allowed to be thrown around your establishment along with heavy cursing, then I do not ever feel the need to visit again. I was highly offended. I did not enjoy my meal at all. It was uncomfortable.

The food is trash. The management is trash. Everything about this. Wingstop is horrible. It was horrible. The first time I went and I gave it a second chance because it could’ve been an awful day and the second time I went it was trash The manager just needs to clear out everyone and just revamp and start all over again.
