The food was delicious and staff was very awesome, made sure we got the best deal, and made my son happy by being so friendly. They really hooked us up with generous portions and maintained a professional friendly attitude. The service was quick and the wings were huge and delicious, crispy, juicy, flavorful, and plenty of salty fries and ranch. The store is tiny and not really a dine in spot for large groups, but the service is fast and friendly.

I ordered 30 piece special. I ordered vegetable sticks, large fries and corn. I got 2 vegetable sticks and corn but no fries. They say I ordered 2 vegetable sticks ok. But for me to get the fries I had to bring back 1 vegetable sticks. But my concern was are they seriously going to resell the vegetables sticks? I figured after paying $79.00 they really wanted the vegetable sticks back. How much could cut up celery and carrots cost? I will go to another Wingstop even though Antioch is close to me.

I ordered boneless wings and strips. First picture is just the unbelievable inedible burnt wings. The second picture is how they are both supposed to look. It’s really disgusting and disrespectful to the branch as a whole. Please don’t waste your money.

They like to wait until your food is good and cold before they give it to your DoorDasher. There’s no reason to consistently receive cold fries when they’re less than two miles away. It’s clearly poor order management.

My food was horrible. No one answered the phone for 45 minutes. When I took the food back to them there was no manager available and no customers, They told me they couldn’t help me till tomorrow as they “did not have a manager and they dont have his number or kno where he is”….not sure why they refused to answer the phone. They offered to remake it but after calling for 45 minutes and then driving back, I was out of the mood. I don’t understand if there was no customers why was my orser so bad? The chicken tasted twice fried. The pieces were huge like full sized wings and gummy and gelatinous and the things you don’t want in a fried chicken. They did return my $44
