I used to order here regularly, but I stopped after not liking the quality of the wings I was paying heavily for but not getting what I was paying for. I took a break and decided to order again and yet, am I surprised ? No. Same old, grease covered wings with no seasonings. Their boneless wings are decent but do not bother getting bone in. You’ll get a plastic bowl with grease and rubbery wings handed back to you. Just felt with L&L being real competition maybe they’d step their game up, was wrong. Won’t be eating here again. Would rather go to another location. Sad.

The food itself was cold and the chicken wings were very undercooked. My fries had no seasoning and were wet and soggy. Gross! I ordered for delivery and had floaties in my drink. I’d rather take a 20 minute drive to the American canyon location

Ordered 3 different meals, 2 being boneless, and 1 classic. They decided to put all the boneless in one container with 3 different flavors, we ordered separate meals for a reason. The boneless we eatable, but the classic wings were dry, hard and barely any sauce, mostly oil on the bottom of the container. Took the classic meal back and they said NO REFUNDS. Manager was called and he grabbed a wing and tried to break it in half to show me it’s not hard, but he was unsuccessful and says to the employee “yeah go ahead and refund, but this is the ONLY time.” The employee struggled for 10 minutes with the register to refund the one meal. I did not like the pressure of them insisting I do a 5 STAR review to get ANY free item with my order today. I did survey after and it says FREE FRY ON YOUR NEXT ORDER within 14 days not any item for 5 stars. I choose to not return to this location.

There is no point in ordering over the phone. I placed an order in over the phone. I was told it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. When I arrived 15 latter I had to wait an additional 15 mins. I asked about the delay and was told they don’t start cooking phone orders until you show up at the restaurant because some customers don’t show up.
I wish they were honest when taking the phone orders and inform you that they will not start the order until after you show up.

Door dash pick up dropped the ball and somehow couldn’t process my order and claimed i would get an instant refund or credit
Neither happened/my momey to reorder was gone, and the phone was not working when I called the establishment. Fortunately the manager was present and was accommodating

First time at a Wing Stop, so not sure if my sandwich was made correctly. I was surprised to see that there was no Mayo or spread on the bun. Just chicken and 4 slices of pickles. The fries were very dark/overcooked. The children was fairly tasty, but boring. I had to ask how much longer for my order, and the employee peeked around the corner and grabbed my bag of food. Not sure how long it was sitting there. The employees might need to be a little more attentive. Also, waited about 5 minutes while he was on the phone before I could place my order. This place could use some help. Not sure I’ll go back.

I have given this restaurant too many chances. The crispyness of the chicken is great but why they put soo much salt. The amount of of salt is enough to give somebody hypertension. And they put sugar on their garlic fries, which looked burned. And the garlic chicken tasted more like onion powder. The best item on the menu is their soda. My god the salt is ridiculous it’s more salt than chicken. The Louisiana rub is a joke. Ain’t nobody in Louisiana put that much damn salt.
