Our order arrived missing several items. When we called the store, Sam, one of the managers, told us that if we placed another order, they would include the missing items with it. We did so, but the missing items were never added. Subsequent calls to the store went completely unanswered. The lack of follow-through and customer service was extremely frustrating. On top of that, the food we did receive was bland and disappointing. Overall, a very poor experience and staff seem pretty useless.

dont ask for extra seasoning nor extra cook time because they will do the exact opposite . this is why i always go to daly city one .FRIES HAD NO SEASONIN AT ALL.

Cancelled my order because they said they were closing but it was at 10pm when the order was placed. My friend ordered and we ended up getting our order at 12 midnight. We called when they cancelled and they answered and hung up on me mid conversation and then continued to not answer my calls. I put a no caller id and they immediately answered again. They are the closest wingstop near me so I can only order with them but they ALWAYS mess up my order. I talked to the manager and he didn’t care to do anything because he was a part of it. Ghetto af.
I’m about to report the health inspector on them for not wanting to compensate

Terrible quality, friend got food poisoning, noticeably worse than a real location. Smaller items and portions. We only order from here if we make a mistake and let Uber default the location.

Paid for my order and they simply did not make the food nor cancel the DoorDash order. They basically stole me.

There was a complication with my doordash order so I called the store and the manager, Sam was very helpful. He was very accommodating, friendly, and had great costumer service. On top of that, the food was very good, as always.

Customer service counter for pickup needs to step up their IQ game. They need to check order numbers that are on the bag that’s right under their noses. The order numbers do not lie. The kitchen is just manufacturing the orders. It’s up to the front pick up desk to use some common sense. Glad wingstop is here. My compliments to the kitchen. Very good job.

This is NOT an actual restaurant but is a food hub deep in a row of warehouses and you have to order ahead.
But the security guard and staff are helpful and friendly. The area looks sketchy but I never felt unsafe while I waited for my order.
Overall everything tastes the same and I’m just happy there is a Wingstop closer to SF!

The location is a nightmare. It no place to park and delivery services is aggressive about getting in and out for delivery time purpose. The chicken is halfway cooked and the sauce it not properly put on the chicken. The chicken wasn’t fully cooked. I know how the chicken supposed to be my daughter was the manager at Wing Stop 7 yrs ago and I eat at Daily City Wings Stop the chicken was not fully cooked and it tastes like it was baked and not enough sauce. I will not be eating at that location no more. Waste of my money very disappointed ☹️

I got the garlic parm flavored chicken and cajun flavored fries combo through doordash. The chicken was extremely dry and bland. No taste of garlic flavor, but there was parmesan. Was looking for both not just parm. The fries however was ok and quite flavorful, but it came cold which was a bummer. The honey mustard sauce was great I guess, probably the best thing I’ve got. Would I recommend? No, try something else. Note: Not 100% sure, but I do believe this location is a ghost kitchen.
