We have ordered many times from here. The food has always been good but this time the service was the worst. All of our wings have always come in 1 bag. Imagine my surprise when I got home this time a discovered they had place the order in 2 bags. It’s a 15 minute drive for me each way. Nothing like having reheated microwave wings 50 minutes after 1st pickup.

Very Unfriendly staff and a weird system where they need your phone number and name to even process your order.
Most places who do the same thing, when you tell them you don’t give out private information and that you value your privacy totally understand.
They just ask you to make up any number. These guys started giving me a hard time. Like I was the bad guy. Thus, the one star rating.

Via DoorDash, I ordered and paid for a 15-piece wing meal with fries, vege sticks, and ranch dressing. I did not receive the vege sticks, but I did receive 15 dry, stomach acid burning, and almost inedible chicken wings. I am extremely disappointed with Wingstop as I have always enjoyed their food. I assumed there would be more than one ranch dressing, but only one was in the packaging. This was supposed to be a pleasant surprise birthday dinner for my spouse, but instead, we received the above.
