No one In the store walked an I still waited 25 min for 6 wings. Then I got them, didn’t get any sorry about the wait or thank you. The little girl who handed out called my name an walked away, to do nothing lol. I’m in food industry as general manager an by no means would I hire that girl . Zero sense of urgency nor customer service. THEN I get my food and it looks like my wings are swimming. Look at pics. Then the other wings are dry n one area.

I made an order online. There was a hair in my ranch. I asked them for a full refund because I was disgusted and was no longer going to be eating the order. I always dip my fries and wings in the ranch.they said I could have a full refund but I had to come to the store and return my entire order which I was okay with. Just waiting on the refund said it would take 3-5 business days.

So I ordered 40 pieces a day ahead, on 12/30/24. To be ready 5:30pm on 12/31/24. When I arrived at 536pm. They told me it be another 20 to 30 mins. I noticed a huge meal made sitting on order up shelf but thought maybe it was someone else’s. At 606pm. My order was ready. And they gave me that same meal sitting on the shelf. Everything was cold as hell. Fries and chicken. They did a horrible job with my 40 pieces for my party… Smdh very disappointed.

16 dollars for 6 “wings” this is ridiculous decided to go to get food after work was excited for wing stop first time at the Selma location get home open my bag and see these smaller than chicken nuggets “wings” with only sauce at the bottom of the box, don’t plan on getting food here unless you wanna pay 16 dollars for what seems to be a kids meal.

I understand that when a restaurant is busy, your food won’t come out as quickly. The only thing that irks me is that they continue to give you the same time frame for your food to be ready. Again, I understand busy=longer time and that’s fine because I am ordering during rush hour. Now where this turns to my fault is still giving them an extra 10 minutes but your food isn’t ready yet, got to keep working in that for myself. The food is delicious every time.

Will never eat at any of these wing stop places.. Slow as hell! 25 mins for a chicken sandwich and fries, and the fries where pieces! Wasn’t even a full fry. Just pieces ♂️also salty as heck! So salty made me dehydrated! Thank god i dont have high blood pressure. They should just close down all these so called fast food joints, there super slow anyways!. You would figure they’d step up there game with all the bad complaints on here.

This is my go to place for really good wings and tenders and the flavor options are crazy good especially the spicy Korean BBQ, the Cajun and the Hawaiian I took my daughter there for a mom daughter day to eat and chat It was really enjoyable The soda options are crazy good too!! The crew’s attitude was laid back and chill but they knew what they were doing!
