Placed an order online through the website super fast and easy , website gave me a time to pick up my order …….. Only to arrive at the Restaurant for pick up at the pickup time to find out that, they haven’t even started on my order best part …..
No one was in the restaurant and no other orders were in queue except for mine and the employee there was rude and snappy about the order as if it was my fault after I got the order home seems she may have got the last laugh my fries were swimming in salt now I know wing stop is known for their seasoned fries but these fries were well seasoned seemed like someone dumped the salt shaker over it ,then the lemon pepper boneless wings I got were soaked with lemon glaze some much it was inedible picture bitting into a lemon peel with pepper on it
So I called the stored and just too see if I can get my food remade or a refund and the staff there afford no support no problem solving just basically order plain fries and try different wings even though I reassure them that I’ve had this meal before and have never had a issue. They then again offered no apology not even a fake customer service one .

Service was good , wait okay but the food groosed, no flavor at all I order 3 flavors all they did fry them a throw the sauce in top of it wasn’t even cover , Parmesan calic had no sauce at all very simple and they were very hard to eat , French fries old and too much oil I got sick .spent $60.00 for nothing. Firsthand last time going there . , they also forgot one order I had 3 had to go back after I got home

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to share my recent experience at your Wingstop in Los Banos, CA on Tuesday October 7th. Unfortunately, my visit was disappointing due to an issue with order processing and service delays.

My party and I waited approximately 30 minutes for our order, only to be informed afterward that it had not been processed due to a system error. While I understand that technical issues can occur, the lack of communication during our wait made the situation frustrating and inconvenient. We were looking forward to enjoying our meal, but the delay and confusion left us dissatisfied.

I wanted to bring this to your attention not out of frustration alone, but in hopes that future customers will have a smoother experience. Ensuring that customers are updated promptly when system issues occur would go a long way in maintaining trust and satisfaction.

I appreciate your time and understanding, and I hope steps will be taken to prevent similar situations in the future.

Pretty clean, staff was helpful and friendly. Chicken was cooked well and was as expected. Knocked off two points for the staff letting one of their kids put his sneakers on the front service counter. I had no idea where this kid’s shoes had been. Other than that, place was nice, took about 15 minutes for my order, and it was delicious.

I am 9 months pregnant and was craving a chocolate brownie, and unfortunately who ever packed my order packed me an expired brownie. What a shame! Do better.

I placed my order approximately 15 minutes before the place closed and when I arrived. They told me they couldn’t make my order and told me to get a refund online. when they were still making other people‘s orders, and there was people in there.

We get there to place our order and after I paid they said it was a 30 minute wait. After 30mins I went up and asked them how much longer they told me I was 6 more tickets until my order was done. When I asked for a refund the cashier was very rude. Definitely not going back. Not worth the wait.

There we way too many unsupervised kids in there. The wait was too long 45 minutes for a 10 piece. The lady that took my order seemed distracted and was kind of rude. However the food was fresh and very good.
