Horrible customer service. Drove 40 minutes to pick up 50 hot honey rub wings just to get home and find out they were all plain. No sauce. No rub. Just plain wings. Family was seriously disappointed. Tried calling the store to see what they could do and was told the only way to get a refund was to drive back another 40 minutes to verify I wasn’t lying. Never going back to this specific store again. Horrible quality and horrible service. Hard pass.

The wait was 50 minutes when they said only 30 min. When I got home and started to eat my wings (30pack crew) the mango habanero and spicy Korean tasted burnt like if the oil it was made in was burnt idk what it was but something went wrong while prepping our food . Mango habanero sauce was not as tasty as it usually is out of other locations .

Eat here all the time but lately they have been slow on online orders for pickup. Ordered my food an hour ago and still waiting on the food to be done. They also don’t let the grease drain out so the styrofoam is always leaky when I get home. It used to be so good here a couple years ago and not sure what happened, maybe poor management? Not sure.
