I went to Wingstop recently and had a really good experience. The workers were friendly, and they greeted me when I walked in. I ordered Hawaiian wings and fries, and the food came out hot and fresh. The seasoning tasted really good and the fries were crispy. The restaurant looked clean, and the tables were wiped down. Staff was all super friendly. I dont know why all the reviews arent good.

Best Wingstop iv been to, always clean and quick to get orders out. I love the atmosphere too, they play funk/disco rock and I dine in almost every time for that reason alone. I almost always dine in but even if I do or get take out, they always get my order right. The only negative thing I can say is there’s a younger guy that works there that’s kinda weird and rude, he always looks upset and never makes eye contact when taking orders, but besides that it’s a great location

Truly such an amazing experience. The food was bomb and the service was insane. They were so busy all day (wait times up to 30 mins+) and had so many orders to fulfill. The time that I was in there for (over 45 mins) there was not a time that passed that someone was not coming in and ordering something. This location is busy but they get the job done. The staff were very sweet and nice/welcoming, specifically Danny. Even when they were jammed with orders with long wait times and people being absolute idiots to Danny, he continued to provide great service and knew how to greet and speak with costumers. I would recommend this location to anyone just simply based on the environment and how hard working the staff are. Not a moment passed that the staff stopped working, truly remarkable. I hope to visit this location soon again and hope they put out a tip jar!! All in all, food was great and flavorful and they made sure to make the food well even when they were super busy. Highly recommend, thank you staff, Danny, and chefs.

The point of all of this is that they don’t accept cash at all “cashless” that if totally bullshit. WingStop they want to go too far, proof that cash is being treated like a big shame.

So slow!!! I saw a worker about to eat a customer’s food until they saw me. So gross. There were some workers on their phones. It took almost 40 mins to even get my food. I only ordered one box of wings and fries. They also had no gloves which is very unsanitary.

7 people working, empty resturant, no one ordering, when ordering lady was nice and patient taking our order, but our food took 20 minutes, only one person was making food, 2 young girls in the back we’re literally standing and talking about college. unacceptable never coming here again, if your gonna pay workers make sure they are doing something

Nice to have a closer location but cmon guys you skimped on the food and didn’t give me my dips, spent like 30$ on a order, drove all the way there 20 mins and 20 mins back home and all y’all told me over the phone, is oh we can give you credit next time you come in, you seriously think one of your employees gonna take my word on an order? I’m going back to the lake Forest spot, 3 stars makes total sense now for this place, avoid these guys.
