Worst experience ever. My husband ordered online and stated 16-21 minute wait. I left my house after 15 minutes and headed down which took 11 minutes to get there. After getting there I waited another 50 minutes to receive our order. While standing there waiting, I could clearly see the staff working on the food. One guy (skinny guy with dark hair) Marcus looked “high” and lost, he could barely speak and the other guy (Blonde hair) had a runny nose and kept wiping it and touching food with no gloves. I was disgusted! I finally got our order and drove home. I told my husband what happened and he started to look through the bags. Everything was wrong and cold! We ended up throwing the food back in the bags and my husband went down there to speak with someone. I’m not sure if this is just the night crew that has issues because we’ve been there before and never had as issue during lunchtime.

I know that there are a lot of terrible reviews on here because of the service however that was not our experience. We were served right after the lunch rush and it seemed to be the right time to go because there was no one there. We were served promptly and the food was cooked right when we ordered it. We had no problems with the staff or with waiting for our food.

Super busy the day I came, young man with his hair tied up was very helpful and checked on my order. Store needs more workers! But manage well considering. Order 5-10 minutes late but still hot. Will be returning thanks to the young man, very nice.

They said my order would be 25-30 minutes, I waited over 45 after 15 mins had already passed before I even entered the restaurant. The first employee I asked told me my food was coming up next, then left for the night. I waited for another 15 minutes then asked another employee, who went to check, then ignored me and the line of people behind me while another employee was just watching him work on the register. 5 minutes later the other employee asks me my name, checks, then says it’s coming out soon. 10 more minutes pass, while I sit in a chair with a giant squished cockroach next to it, and I ask the employee who ignored me again. He asked if it was a doordash order, which it wasn’t, or if it was tenders, which it wasn’t. Then they realize they gave my food to someone else. No one had name tags, hair nets, all had very poor attitudes and customer service, and the restaurant was frankly disgusting. I finally asked for a refund. I will not visit again.

This is the worst wing stop I have ever eaten at ! my “cajun corn” were the driest thing I have ever ate. They are full of salt and the seasoning is so nasty and there is so much of it it’s ridiculous. they gave me 5 sad excuse of “wings” when i ordered 8. This chicken looks so disgusting. never coming here again and advise you guys not to as well.

Tall Hispanic cashier high as a kite to where he cannot speak without slurring. This is 2nd time I have received service from him. First time he completely got my order wrong when I asked for only 2 flavors of wings got 4 different kinds I didn’t ask for when I got home and opened the bag. I made a reluctant 2nd visit last week and was able to combine the hot honey dry rub and the barbeque and was even recommended by staff they were awesome. Came in today to do same thing and the tale Hispanic male was visibly super high again and would not let me order same hot honey and barbeque combo that I recently ordered. You guys need to educate your staff as it’s completely a waste of time and money going here at this point.

Scheduled a pick up and arrived over an hour early on a drive up from San Diego. The staff had just opened when they saw me at the door. They were very kind and professional – starting on my order immediately. They had me on my way home with my order 30 minutes early. Just in time for me and my wife to catch the start of the Arsenal vs Manchester City game with some very good wings and vegetables.

This is the first time I stop by this restaurant to grab something for dinner to take home. I couldn’t believe my eyes the chicken was overcooked they left the tips on the wings and it doesn’t look like they even bothered to clean the wings very well because I can see feathers on them. They must have had feeding animals in mind because this is not fit for human consumption people I will not be going there again. $18 worth of hot wings went into the garbage.

Chicken was ok too salty. Cheese fries were also ok. Service was great. Cleanliness was horrible aka the huge leak right above the drink counter that you had to stand by if you wanted a fountain drink or tea. Also the leak was coming off the tv into 3 giant buckets. 100% sure thats some kind of health code violation. Both bathrooms almost slipped but they did have wet floor signs
