Whole order was good except for the bone in wings. I ordered and was charged an 8 piece but was only given 6. Rest of the order was good at least. When I got home I opened the bag and saw there was only 6 and ate them cause I was hungry after a long day but called right after. The person that answered the phone said they were gonna get a shift lead and left the phone unmuted. Immediately heard the guy go “You’re kidding me,” then it was quiet for a second and the girl comes back to the phone and says “They’re liars!” This location i haven’t been to since they opened up due to poor experiences here and this is my first time back and very disappointed. She hops back on the phone and says I have to bring the food back today or tomorrow to get a new order so I just said have a good night and hung up since I already ate. I’m bummed out cause I was really craving my wings especially with how pricy they are now so I just wanted my order done right, or my money back because this was ridiculous.

I placed my order for the day st Moreno Valley location for pick up @ 7:06p for carry out. It said order would be ready by 7:14-7:19. I arrived at 7:30 because I know that it always takes a little longer than what’s said(from many prior experiences) I go to the counter and let them know my name Nick m for pick up. One of the workers had came up and said that they ran out of the filets for the chicken sandwich and so I asked it they found still the sandwich with tenders and the sauce he said yes. K fine. Why couldn’t they have called and let me know ahead of time? Now I have to wait even longer. Wasn’t happy especially because there’s a contact number on my order. It’s now 7:55p and I’m still waiting for my order. Finally at 8pm one of the comes to me with my order – glance in the bag and head to my car. Already having a terrible experience i thought to myself let me double it before I go. I start pulling things out and it already seems off. I look into one of the boxes and notice it’s not what I ordered. So I grab another and notice the sticker says someone else name nicolas. Now I’m pissed. Have to go back inside and told the girl that they gave me the wrong order. Having to give them my name once more – order for Nick M. She’s was lost. They seemed like they had no clue. The guy walked up for the order nicolas and got his repacked and rebagged order(which is really concerning that I literally walked out of the restaurant with the guys food- and you still serve him the food brought back in- it could have tampered with and your still serving it? That’s scary!!!) now I’m still waiting for my order after another 12 minutes and then the girl finally walks up with my order. I doubled checked it and I left. For the amount of time- inconsistencies and just terrible customer service. All while I have sick kids at home and an exhausted wife and I’m just trying to bring home dinner. This place is terrible

I had an amazing experience at this Wingstop. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted right away with a friendly attitude. My order was taken quickly, the employee repeated it back, and the food came out hot and fresh. The wings had great flavor, the fries were crispy, and everything was accurate. Even though it was busy, the staff stayed organized and professional. I’ll definitely be coming back! Keep up the great work!! ☺️

Awesome service. My delivery was fast and simple. From placing my order on the WINGSTOP app to receiving my order, the whole process took only 35 minutes. That’s extremely quick for Wingstop in Moreno Valley. I always get the freshest of wings and my fries stay crispy. I think Wingstop on Day Street serves the best food out of all of the Wingstop locations.

Ordered on February 13th and apparently they had a gas leak so my order was cancelled when I was supposed to pick up my food they told me they would refund me over a month later I still have no refund I walked into the store after calling the store and they said to speak to a manager which then the manager gave me attitude saying she’ll have to check so I’m waiting on a refund still over A MONTH LATER

The employees here are so kind. I always feel welcome here. They clean up after you when you dine in and the food is always so fresh. Amazing sauces and always new deals coming out for more bang for your buck.

I called this establishment over my wings being to salty, I spoke with the manager and advised him my wings are very salty(lemon pepper) he advised me they don’t add any extra seasoning and told me there was nothing they could do about it. I ask for my food to be replaced I even offered to take the salty food back so they can see it was in good faith. The manager Nehemiah just said there nothing they can do about my food and denied to replace it. I don’t want fee food I want what I paid for.
