Customer service was on point. Sergio was nice and friendly when he took my order. The restaurant was clean. The other workers were moving fast. The food was fresh. The fries were excellent. Everything was a very pleasant vibe 10 out of 10. I’m going back.

The food here is great, I do love the food. However! Everytime I put in an online order my food is never ready when it’s time to pick it up. This time I submitted an order at 1PM to pick up for 515PM I get there at the arrival time to even pass the arrival time at 530PM and I still had to wait!!! Also another thing this location does is always miss an item from my order. I’ve excused it the other times but this time I’m just not seeing any progress at all. They forgot to put my corn in my order. Hopefully things change however I’m done with this location and the employees that work here.

Don’t waste your time at this location. I came here the other day and ordered regular cheese fries. The guy taking my order was nice and said, “we will have that out shortly.” I understand it was busy, but I waited over 30 minutes just for one item. I then asked the status of my order and found out it was barely being made once I asked.. It looks like this location needs a lot of help and better ownership because they are doing the bare minimum here to make their customers satisfied.. I did not get my money’s worth for how much I paid. This is really sad.

We ordered wings (bone in and boneless) and corn. My husband only ate the boneless and I ate the bone in. I currently have the runs and threw up all my food. I’ve never experienced this at any other Wingstop.

Although this Wingstop seems to have many bad reviews from the last 2-4 years, things are much better than they were.
I’ve been going here for years now since they have been doing a management change and it’s better now. I haven’t had any ordering issues, worker issues, food issues, or time issues. I’m not sure what everyone’s problems are haha.
Sure some of the staff are new and switching around a lot and maybe are slower than you might expect but that’s what you get when the wing stop is in a college town.

I asked for two large seasoned fries and 15 wings. Now, I like Wingstop wings but I love their seasoned fries. When I choose to eat Wingstop it’s mainly for the seasoned fries.
That’s why I was so upset when I found out they didn’t put any in my order.
Even more upset when I politely asked for seasoning and the cashier with the guy with pink hair tried to charge me for seasoning. Here is how it went:
Me in a polite manner: “Hi again, can I get two containers with seasoning ”
Him: “ I would have to charge for it”
Me still in a polite manner: “ohh! Well I order seasoned fries and they had no seasoning. That why I’m asking for some.”
Him in an annoyed and rude tone : “All our fries are seasoned “
Me matching energy: “well mine weren’t ”
Him: “yes all our fries are seasoned unless you asked for them plain”
Me: **shows receipt that says TWO SEASONED FRIES *
Him: **goes to the back all upset and complaining to get a small container with seasoning *almost empty ** and hands it to me
Me: “ can I get another. I have two large fries with no seasoning”
Him: “I would like to charge your for that one “
Me in a sarcastic tone: “what am I supposed to do with this? Do you want me to bring you the fries ?”
Him: “if you want to”
I just walked away since it was 11:20pm and I was too tired. Also had people in the car waiting for me.
Anyway, can someone see the seasoning??? Like if you are charging me extra for seasoning can I get some on it at least?
He was acting like it was the krabby patty formula and had to protect it at all cost. Smh.
Needless to say my group and I drove home with no music on. That’s how dead the vibe was without seasoned fries…
Not coming back to this location no more smh
