Don’t waste your time at this location. I came here the other day and ordered regular cheese fries. The guy taking my order was nice and said, “we will have that out shortly.” I understand it was busy, but I waited over 30 minutes just for one item. I then asked the status of my order and found out it was barely being made once I asked.. It looks like this location needs a lot of help and better ownership because they are doing the bare minimum here to make their customers satisfied.. I did not get my money’s worth for how much I paid. This is really sad.

Yeah the comments are true this place is horrible when it comes to management. They are so unorganized and probably should have more staff members working. Don’t bother ordering online, even when the app said my food was ready to pick up I still had to wait an extra 45 mins. New orders were being finished before mine even though I ordered an hour before them….

I placed my order at 6:10 pm it wasn’t till 6:50 pm that I was told that they did not have the wing flavor I wanted and yet I went up there a couple of minutes before hand questioning my order and they still didn’t tell me about not having the flavor I ordered. I ask to just give me a refund, they offer to give me 15 wings in compensation. So far i have been there waiting almost an hour on 6 wings, would i hve to wait another hour to get 15? I was informed that because I used a card they would have to take it to company accounting to place the money back in my card and it would take 3 to 5 business days. When I ask if they needed to run the card for the refund the staff member told me no. This please is so unorganized, I tried to get wings there this past Friday and I was the only one in there with one staff and he told me it would be a 45 minute wait. This place is ridiculous, whoever owns and operates this establishment needs to retrain for organization purposes. Go to Fire Wings instead, it’s down the street and seems to be more reliable with food and service.

This wing stop needs to rebuild its management from the top down. They are so disorganized. This is the worst wing stop by far. I will absolute never come to this place ever again. Seriously wing stop. Stop hiring people that don’t know the difference from their right and left. My order says it was ready on the app and waited for 40 minutes upon arrival. Figure it out.

Took over an hour with my order when it was ordered ahead of time. Customers who walked in received their food first and whenever asked when it will be ready employees kept lying saying “we’re just waiting on fries” when after the 5th time asking, someone admitted our order wasn’t started yet after waiting already 30 minutes in store after order should have been ready.
