Do not come here, do not order food! Food is absolutely horrible and the place is dirty too!!! Olga the manager is a liar, and thief! I went in December 23 to get a refund for the horrible food I picked up Dec. 22. She agree to give me a refund but for some strange reason charged my card again for the same order so at this point I am 62.04 in. Was told to wait a week to see the refund back on my Venmo card. Waited three weeks and nothing. Finally I go in Jan. 13 at about 1 o’clock and was told it was weird that i have not received a refund. Olga told me she would just give me cash at this point but that I needed to go back at 330 because it’s too early and she does not have 62.04 weird because every business place should have a bank so lied again. Go back at 330 and was told she left do to an emergency, had her employee call her on the phone and was told to go the next day at 930, Wingstop does not open till 11 so one more lie. I go in at 1130 Dec. 14 and was told the that the receipt shows I got a refund just because the top say I did, but the bottom of it say I got refund in cash which explains why I have not seen it on my credit card. Olga went as far as to say that she would give me the money out of her own pocket, other lie! So as a manager who has no clue how to do her job she should be fired! All this could have been prevented if she would have done her job correctly the first time!! It’s not even about the money at this point but the principal. Just a bad business overall!!

Love wingstop, but I’m always disappointed when I order from this specific location, my fries have been this way 3 times already. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt when I order again and I’ve complained twice, they have made me go back to give them the fries they gave me in order to get new ones, very inconvenient. Sadly will have to drive to Cherry valley for wingstop now.

The service was slow I placed an order ahead of time because I only have a 30min lunch time and when arrived there’s one person doing the orders and she had her airpods on and talking on the phone it took her some minutes to ask me what I wanted, once I told her I was picking up she told me I still have 5min on your order in a mad tone. Does the health department allow them to be chewing gum not wear a hair net and use the airpods while on the clock? They don’t deserve an A.

Got a late night order of 20 lemon pepper I came inside and asked for all flats before the chicken was even dropped. Less than a minute from me placing the order. They said “Sorry I already dropped it” then literally 10 seconds after saying that he dropped the chicken into the fryer. I was a shift leader at Wingstop for over 2 years and to see this type of unprofessionalism is quite upsetting considering I’m a paying customer. If you eat here you’re wasting money you’re better off going to another location no matter how far. The employees need training on customer service. You make the customer happy no matter what because we’re paying your salary or hourly wage. Clearly the employees here don’t understand that.
Edit: guy made my wings and gave me 17 flats which was very appreciated and the chicken is made very well no extra sauce and plenty of seasoning good job guys!

Wingstop’s are usually crowded or they usually have people in there! This place was clean but it seemed very quiet… the atmosphere was more of that being at home in a quiet room. Food is always good and the butter rolls they have are the best! Lemon pepper wings are the best. This is just a much quieter Wingstop then the rest!!

They just poured BBQ sauce on my wings they also gave me 12 plain wings instead of 6 lemon pepper and 6 plain they gave me no lemon pepper at all actually they also put all 24 wings I
ordered in the same exact box I also ordered two ranch cups and only got one
Also the last time I went in person I ordered this time on door dash, The girl with Short Hair that was working the register was very rude she rushed me the whole time asking “are you going to order & are you ready yet” while I was still deciding, She told me to pick 3 Flavors then Looked at me like I was stupid and said I can only have two flavors & there was only 1 other person who was in the store and it took over and hour and 30 minutes for my food I ordered at 8:10 and got my food at 9:52 My fries were burnt and one flavor was wrong,This used to be a great location and now with the new employees it’s horrible

They advertise a family meal that comes with two large sides, then the only two choices are Fries and Fried corn. Then once you order it with fries and corn they tell you it is an up charge for the corn so it’s not a meal with two large sides it’s a meal with two large fries. Not a major deal but it is rather annoying. Then they just poured the flavor in the bottom of the containers and put the chicken on it. Just look at the pictures, if this is a product that Wing Stop is proud of then there is nothing left to say. The fries sucked. I didn’t pay extra for the corn so I can’t tell you how it is. On a positive note the chicken nuggets we’re good once we put the sauce on it.
