The food taste amazing, the place itself is really small. I always order online, and when I go to pick it up, it’ll be ready. The third time I visited this establishment, my name was in the TV, and it stated my order was ready. When I asked about my order, I was told, “ignore the sceen, your order is not ready yet”. It took nearly half an hour longer than stated on the app. Then when I got home I noticed that my free chicken sandwich was not in the bag. Very disappointed in the service there this time.

I ordered 100 dollars worth of food and the food was nasty. Food rubbery and the main thing was The garlic Parmesan they were disgusting it tasted like oil and butter. Not seasoning no taste. The chef or who ever that’s preparing this food needs more training. Customer service was ok, the atmosphere was ok wasn’t really a welcoming environment.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! Every time we go they forget something in our bag. Sometimes we catch it, sometimes we have to go all the way back to get missing items. Twice now we have been given a bag 1 of 2, but not both bags. TWICE!!! I caught it in restaurant the first time, but this time my father in law picked it up. He was given 1 bag and assumed everything was given to him as he didn’t have the order. When he got home, we were missing 2 items in that 2nd bag. I took the bag back myself and talked to a manager Yuri/Yuli, whatever she sucks. She blamed my father in law for not checking, took zero accountability. She looked at the bag I brought for at least 2 minutes and pointed things out on it. I requested a refund since they were “out of wings” and i would have to wait for the delivery truck so they could be remade. I decided to just take the cold food. Then, she gave me my bag, or so I thought. I get it home and realize SHE GAVE ME SOMEONE ELSE’S ORDER!!! I took it back and she took no accountability again. Said she never looked at the bag, when she pointed at it many times. If she watches the camera, she’ll know she’s wrong. She then blamed other people in the kitchen, when I only dealt with her. She refused to accept she made a mistake. That’s ALL we wanted was accountability. We all make mistakes, but this location messes up all our orders. She kept blaming everyone but herself. As a manager, training issues are on her! She should not be a manager anywhere as she needs more training. I was very mad and probably could have been nicer, but given the situation, they’re lucky I didn’t throw the food at them. I will NEVER come back here again. I doubt I will get the refund we were promised because she’s terrible. She also told me we couldn’t get a refund initially because it was an Uber eats order, but we ordered on the Wingstop app. She looked at the wrong bag when telling me that! She can’t do anything right and I hope she’s not there much longer since she has no idea what’s happening, blames her staff, and does not take accountability.

This place stays busy, but the young Black girl at the front makes all the difference! She’s always updating us on the wait time, making sure nobody gets left behind. Even though she told me spelling isn’t her strength, she doesn’t let anything hold her back. Her effort, kindness, and dedication really stand out. My food was fresh, and her energy made the wait worth it. We need more people like her!

The restaurant is very busy, and they could work on their timing, but the young Black girl at the front really shines. She always lets us know how long the wait will be and makes sure customers don’t feel forgotten. She doesn’t let her challenges stop her, and I respect the way she takes care of people. My food took some time, but it came out fresh, and her service made the experience better.

Normally this place is so good! But tonight my chicken was down right disgusting, I’m hoping I don’t have food poisoning. The chicken tasted so funny, very gamey and old and it was not crispy and my stomach has been feeling funny. I hope they are practicing proper food storage for the chicken….

Having never been to a Wing Stop, I thought I’d try the new one in Yucca Valley. I can’t eat very much, so I tried to order 6 wings. I didn’t want a combo. Just some wings. I was informed that the fewest amount of wings I could order without getting a combo was 10. So I just left. It seems that you have to pay for more food than you want or need, no matter what. So I can’t rate the food. I didn’t have any. And right off the bat, they’ve lost a potential customer. Too bad. I like wings. I’ll just get them elswhere.

These absurd low reviews on here are ridiculous! Stop slandering a business, bc u have no life and wanted to be a crybaby when u couldn’t get your way! All bc they weren’t open when u wanted them to be?! Grow up!! Instead be glad that there is finally a Wingstop in the area.
I want to give a shout-out to the nice young lady, Roshana- I appreciate your good customer svc and work ethics, which is hard to come by in this age. You did not disappoint and you have my business.
