Really has gone in toilet here. Inattentive wait staff, muck up your order. Food overcooked. Loud obnoxious staff and people, no management control over a family environment.

Food was alright. The service we had no complaints about. We were excited for another eatery in Ramona but honestly we felt it was a bit on the expensive end for what it is. That is ok but with that factor we absolutely did not like having to pay for an extra sauce, that stinks. What you get with a meal is not enough and with the prices already on the high side it was a deciding factor not to go back. I understand food costs are high but all the competition will give you what you need at no extra charge. This just made us decide we would rather take our business elsewhere. I guess for us it’s not our cup of tea for these reasons.

Making the sauce and options just seem like an over complicated mess of confusion. The building is also very gloomy atmosphere. Definitely 1 star place. Updated review, came again and wings were much better and the wings came out on time.
Its a very nice wing place but since going there a few times wings are kinda chewie need a little longer in the fryer, flavors are good, Ordering ahead doesn’t help was still 15mins behind for the few times I came here, not enough people cooking wings and to many people on expo trying to figure out what flavors and wings go in which bag just from how I was watching

Pay attention to your food. I was given an order from an order that I didn’t pick up. You go to buy a good meal and they deliver a cold order with more than 30 minutes of waiting for the disgusting food

really happy they opened this place. I ordered an eight piece boneless meal I ordered four Hot honey and four original hot. The food was really good. I ordered five piece corn with lemon pepper seasoning with extra which I definitely didn’t need the extra because it’s already really good. The woman who greeted me she seemed really tired, which I wouldn’t hold against her. She was polite and nice to others before me as well. I will definitely be coming again.

I have given this place multiple chances. This wing stop is one of the absolute worst. The food is always so greasy. They keep changing the fries. One day you get decent fries and the other days those fries are garbage like yall robbed a cheap fry stand. The handwashing procedures in this place are non existent. I watched an employee(Abby) walk in from break, never wash her hands. Then she proceeded to and I’m not even kidding scratch her armpit twice then touch her face. This new location has horrible service and needs improvement. You would hope that a new location would be running top notch. We waited 20 min for a small order. Good thing I checked my order, because two food items (sandwichs) were missing. They wanted me to wait another 10-15 min for them to make a sandwich they forgot to make. I asked for a refund on the sandwich and told them don’t bother making it. Never again Wing Stop! I will take my business to Popeyes that just opened down the street. Much better service there.
